Understanding fear can be hard. In this meditation, we relax our minds and allow our bodies to give us the information we need to better understand our fears. And how to move forward and eliminate our fears. Allowing us to take action in a calmer state after the meditation.

Hello,

My name is Andrea,

And in today's meditation,

We are going to try and understand our fear better.

When we are fearful,

We may not always know where it's coming from,

But our bodies hold the wisdom to understand our fears better.

So we are going to first calm our minds and relax our body,

And then access the information that it holds about the fear that we have.

So to begin,

I want you to get into a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or laying down.

And we are going to start with some breathing exercises.

The goal here is to calm our system,

So our exhale is going to be longer than our inhale.

So to start,

Let's take a deep breath in,

And exhale.

And a deep breath in,

And exhale.

And another deep breath in,

And exhale.

Now I want you to continue the pattern of your inhale being longer than your exhale at your own pace.

Now I want you to imagine that there's white healing energy coming out from the earth and entering the bottom of your feet.

As it enters your body,

It brings calming and healing to every area,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

Your blood.

Imagine that there's a light,

Healing energy coming through your feet,

Slowly moving up your calves and your thighs,

Moving up through the pelvis,

Into your stomach,

Up into your chest,

Now into your left arm,

And into your left arm,

And into your left arm,

Into your left arm,

Into your left arm,

And your right arm.

That healing white light flows up into your shoulders,

Into your neck,

Through your head,

And up and out your crown chakra.

Now imagine your entire body is now radiating with that healing white light energy from up here with that healing white light energy from mother earth.

So now I want you to pull to mind the fear that you are working on.

To start with,

I want you to check in with your gut.

What does your gut want you to know about why you are fearful right now?

Now move up to your heart.

Ask your heart,

What does it want you to know about this fear?

Why is it scared?

Now move up into your mind.

Ask your mind what it wants you to know about this fear.

Now I want you to pull together all the information that you have been given.

Allow it to meld together to help you understand this fear better.

If you need to go back and check in with a specific area to get more clarification,

Please do that.

Now move up to your heart.

Now that you understand the fear better,

Let's turn back to our bodies and ask it how to solve the fear.

Return to your gut area and ask it,

How do I solve this fear?

Now move up into your heart area and ask your heart,

What do you need to do to solve this fear?

Now move up to your heart.

Ask your mind,

What does it want you to know about this fear?

Now move up into your mind.

Now move up to your heart.

Now move up into your mind and ask your mind,

What do you need to do to solve this fear?

Now move up to your heart.

With guidance and information from our three centers,

I want you to again synthesize all the information that you have been given about this fear.

Pull together the knowledge into one space.

Now move up to your heart.

Now move up to your heart.

I want you to slowly return your awareness back to your breath.

Begin to slowly move your hands,

Toes and open your eyes.

Now that you have gotten more information on your fear,

You can proceed with solving the fear.

However,

If you did not get enough information or still unsure or still fearful,

I encourage you to journal about what you did receive and or do another meditation.

Put on some quiet music and just allow the information to flow.

Remember,

Our fears are typically multi-layered,

So you may have been given insight into your current issue,

But there still might be more to come out,

So don't feel like you needed to get everything during this meditation.

If you did,

It's time to move forward and take action on removing that fear from your life.
