This recording is to help you nourish your creativity.

So find yourself in a comfortable place,

Seated or lying down.

Beauty is the natural flow of life and you are a part of this natural flow.

We are all naturally creative beings.

In this meditation,

Allow yourself to drop into this feeling of being in the natural creative flow of life.

Let go of any goals or any expectations that you may have.

And feel and sense that you are letting your mind have a rest in the silent inner spaces of your creative essence.

Your mind might initially feel restless or uncomfortable or seeking,

It doesn't matter.

Be open to what's unfolding within you and all around you.

Notice what arises in this space of stillness and being,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Physical sensations.

Whatever is arising,

There's no need to block out,

Push away or grab a hold of.

Just a gentle acknowledgement.

Perhaps there are sounds around you and simply acknowledging,

Not having to do anything about what you are noticing.

Begin to invite into your consciousness something that wants to be created.

Perhaps it's something that you've already started to create.

Maybe it's something that has been waiting deep within you,

Waiting for you to give it space to arise.

Don't try to make it happen.

And simply invite and be open to what comes up,

What comes forth.

And maybe nothing will come at this moment,

It doesn't matter.

Continue to stay with the energy of inviting in.

And if things come in,

It may come as words or images,

Colors or sounds.

If nothing comes,

There's no need to force or try to make it happen.

Just allow the silence to nourish your creativity,

Release any blocks.

And there's no need to hold on to what's coming in or make mental notes.

Just allow it to flow and move and dance.

This is not a time to try and finish up or polish up your creation.

This is the time where we just want to invite space and movement and play to what is coming in.

Let the silence seep into all your pores,

Into your mind,

Your body.

Feel that you can rest your entire being in this silence.

Don't be concerned if your mind still feels fidgety or if it's just relaxed now,

It doesn't matter.

It's all part of creative energy flowing.

Energy loves the stillness,

The silence.

It's deeply nourished when you turn off the mind.

Just allow whatever arises simply acknowledging not having to do anything about it.

And stay in this space for as long as you like.

And whenever you're ready,

Just take a deeper breath in.

Exhale fully and completely.

Open your eyes and come back in your own timing.

Let the silence seep into all your pores.
