Deepen into self-trust.
My intention is to help guide your energy towards trusting yourself deeply so you can share your soul work and your gifts from a non-attached,
Centered,
Grounded place that is unwavering.

For this meditation,
You may wish to have a notebook or a journal with you,
Especially if you like to make notes after the meditation while they are fresh in your consciousness.
As a highly sensitive and empathic person,
You may have noticed in yourself that it's so easy to get pulled into the outer world circumstances and all the happenings going on.
Without realizing,
You may be putting yourself in situations where you lose a sense of trust in yourself.
Partly this is due to having more and more input from the outer world and leaving yourself little time to focus on the output of your gifts and your creative expressions.
Making time for expressing yourself creatively not only nourishes your own soul,
But it benefits others in ways you may not even know.
Plus it builds a natural sense of trust in ourselves.
When we are constantly getting more and more outer input,
Scrolling,
Reading,
Watching things,
We can start to waver around what to do,
What to say,
How to express our gifts,
What to do next.
Perhaps all that input from the outer has you comparing or feeling that you aren't as good and you begin to lose that sense of trust in yourself.
You lose a sense of alignment to who you are and what you're here for.
So make a note from this moment forward to balance how much input you're receiving and how much output there is in your life.
I know you have much to offer the world,
So it's really important for you to make the time and the space to create and share rather than using all the time to constantly consume from the outer.
To break this cycle and deepen trust in yourself,
Let's start with a short guided meditation.
So in a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting or lying down,
Close your eyes if that feels okay for you to do so.
First begin to simply notice the movement of your breath in the body.
And if there are sounds in your environment,
Become aware of them,
But allow them to just remain in the background.
See if you can sense that support that's underneath your body right now and let your body sink into the support just that little bit more.
I invite you to consciously soften some of the muscles now,
Perhaps some tension around your jaw,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Belly,
And sense into this gentleness of life force energy that moves through you with every breath.
In this alert stillness and aware presence,
I want you to ask yourself,
What do I value most in my life?
Is it kindness?
Love?
Maybe it's freedom or peace,
Fulfillment or equality.
So let the answers arise from your body and not from your thinking mind.
Let it go deeper.
It may be a sensation or a feeling at first,
What you value most in your life,
Perhaps even a color or a memory.
See if you can let it unfold now without the mind interfering.
What do you value most in your life?
It doesn't matter how crazy they might appear,
There's no right or wrong answer.
And don't be concerned if you're finding that you're completely blank and feeling like nothing is coming.
Notice the blankness,
The emptiness of it,
And what that feels like.
We're gonna use our imagination now and the answers that you received,
Whether it was one thing,
Three or five things,
Even the blankness,
We're gonna imagine them taking a solid form.
So that solid form and shape can be anything.
Let it be the first thing that pops into your awareness and trust that.
What form are your answers taking right now?
It could be the form of a plant,
A flower,
A stone,
A feather,
A cloud.
Again,
There's no right or wrong answer.
So let this energy take form now.
However it has appeared to you what form it is,
This form contains all the energy of your soul values and we're gonna place it within.
We're gonna place it within like a seed that will grow into a deepening trust in yourself.
Take a deep breath down into your belly.
Hold it for a gentle few seconds.
And when you exhale,
Feel yourself dropping deeper inside your body.
And as you continue to breathe in and out,
Let your imagination take you to a place inside your body where you will place this form that represents all the values that came to you in that answer.
This place inside the body that you're imagining now might resemble a beautiful room,
Could even look like a forest or a river,
A mountaintop,
Whatever appears.
You're gonna place this form that contains what you value most in this sacred,
Safe place within you.
And I want you to place your hands on a specific area of your body right now that's going to remind you of this place.
So placing your hands on a specific area and feel the sensation of touch on this area,
Challenging you and anchoring you into self-trust so that whenever you get swayed from outer conditions,
You can place your hands on this part of the body and remember,
Trusting in your values and your gifts,
Your soul work.
And when you're ready,
You're gonna gently come back with a little sensation,
Moving your eyes behind the lids,
Moving your mouth,
Your tongue,
Your toes,
Your fingers,
Bringing sensation back into the physical body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Look around the room,
Just noticing everything.
If you have a notebook or journal,
You may wish to write down five things now.
One,
What came to you when you asked yourself what you value,
What's important to you.
So write down your soul values.
When we took the energy of the values and brought it into form,
Write down what form it took,
Even if it was blank,
And where it was placed within you.
Four,
Write down the specific part of the body that you place your hands on that will remind you and give you that self-trust,
Deepen into your self-trust.
And five,
Remember to notice in balance how much time and space you use in creating and expressing and how much time and space you use consuming and receiving output from the outer so that you can balance.
Instead of consuming all the time,
Give yourself that space and that time to create and express and share your gifts.
