Welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation tailored to harness the energies of the pink full moon in Scorpio.
My name is Anna and I'm honored to guide you through this profound journey of yoga nidra.
As we arrive in the space,
Just take a few moments to feel the breath taking deep inhales through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
Let's do one more time,
Just like this.
Inhale through the nose and exhale,
Sigh it out through the mouth.
Beautiful.
Now keeping your natural breaths,
Just taking the time to feel each inhale as a way to welcome new energies inside of your body and each exhale as a chance to really let go of any worries,
Any to-dos,
Any roles you've been carrying.
To really take this first minutes to truly arrive and set up your sacred nest of yoga nidra.
As you keep breathing,
Just sink deeper and deeper and deeper.
In this session,
You'll be guided to connect with the vibrant and renewing energy of the pink full moon,
Traditionally a time for growth and rejuvenation.
As the moon illuminates the spring sky,
It invites us to embrace renewal and let go of what no longer serves us,
Resonating deeply with Scorpio's transformative power.
Through guided visualization and deep relaxation,
You tap into your inner wisdom,
Setting intentions that align with the spirit of intense emotional and spiritual growth.
Prepare to keep deepening your breaths and explore the depths of your intuition and welcome the rebirth that this luminous moon encourages.
So as you have hopefully settled into your deep natural breaths,
Make sure you're sitting or laying down in very restful position,
Making any adjustments you need to really create your space for deep relaxation.
Allowing yourself to maybe even add a pillow under your knees,
Just staying or laying down pose to give comfort to your lower back.
And as you have fully arrived,
Take some deep breaths to really allow the entire body to relax and drop deeper into the surface beneath you.
Bring attention to the sounds around you.
Notice the sounds at the farthest point away from you.
Notice the sounds closest to you.
Now draw your awareness inwards.
Notice the sound of your breath.
Staying aware and tuning into the breath flowing in and out without changing the breathing,
Just simply noticing.
Perhaps noticing the breath coming through the nose and out through the mouth or noticing the breath coming through the nose and out through the nose.
There may be even a sense of ease by just simply tuning into the waves of breath flowing in and out.
Begin to extend the exhalation very gently,
Letting the in-breath happen naturally by extending the exhalation.
You may do this by visualizing the in-breath coming through the crown of the head and then visualizing the out-breath sweeping through the body and down and out through the soles of the feet and beyond.
So the focus is on lengthening the exhalation,
Breathing in the crown of the head and breathing out the soles of the feet.
Now let go and just come to a natural organic breath.
Let the breath flow in and out,
Wave of ease moving throughout the body with the breath.
Then peeling back layer by layer as your body,
Mind and spirit is nourished by rest.
Layer by layer unfolding your heart space and your sankalpa or intention.
Your sankalpa or heart's desire spoken in the positive as if it's already happening.
You may be working with the sankalpa or you can choose to repeat.

We'll now move through a rotation of consciousness,
Experiencing a sensation of energy at each point of the body.
As I mentioned the points of the body moving point to point,
You may like to imagine a healing light touching each point I name and welcoming in sensations of prana life force energy in each point.
Beginning on the right side of the body,
Feeling sensation of energy in the right hand thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Pinky finger.
Experience sensation of healing light inside the palm of the right hand,
Back of the hand,
Middle of the wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder joint,
Armpit,
Right side of the chest,
Heart center.
Sensation of energy travels down the right side of the waist,
Right hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Ankle,
Heel,
Top of the foot,
Sole of the foot.
Feel energy in the right big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Pinky toe.
Experience the sensation of pranic life force energy lighting up the entire right side of the body with the life pranic life force energy.
Taking your time to float your awareness of sensations of energy over to the left side of the body.
Feel sensation of energy in the left hand thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Pinky finger.
Experience sensation of healing light inside the palm of the left hand,
Back of the hand,
Middle of the wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,

Feel both sides together as a whole field of sensation.

Feel the sensation of energy between the ears,

Experience the whole body,
The right side of the body,

Sense of pranic life force energy lighting up the entire body,
The whole body together.
Begin to feel the waves of the breath effortlessly breathing,
Feel the breath wash through you as though your body was an ocean flowing with breath,
Riding the waves of the breath.
As you inhale,
You feel the natural expansion.
As you exhale,
You feel the natural release,
Feel the whole body breathing in that ocean that is lightened up by the full moon.
Now begin to imagine your body is being held and supported by a warm soft sand underneath you.
Feel the warm rays of the sunlight touching your skin,
Feel your whole body warm and supported.
Now feel a sense of coolness,
A cool ocean gently touches your skin,
The feeling of the cool ocean washes over you.
Now feel warm and cool at the same time,
Feel the sensations of warmth and coolness together.
Now in this deep state of relaxed awareness,
Begin to visualize yourself in your favorite healing space in nature,
With the soft pink light of the full moon shining down upon you.
See its gentle light enveloping you in a warm loving embrace.
This light bringing with its premise of new beginnings,
Washing over you with its purifying energy.
Allow this pink glow to illuminate your inner being,
Highlighting areas of your life that are ready for renewal and growth.
Visualize this light cleansing and rejuvenating each part of you,
Making space for new opportunities and experiences.
See yourself living out your dreams.
There is a destiny for you to fulfill that is deeper than your surface consciousness may realize.
Be calm,
Breathe,
Fear not and allow yourself to rise up by the full moon energy.
Your body and mind are perfectly healthy and whole.
As you continue to let go,
Let go completely.
Continue to completely letting go.
Breathe in this high vibrational energy,
Breathing out and letting go deeper and deeper and deeper.
This is the time to make sure that no weeds are growing where you intend it.
This is the time to make sure that no weeds are growing where you intended seeds to take root.
Let go of what impedes growth.
Invite awareness of your connection to all that is.
Water your intentions with gratitude and purpose.
Be open to receive the rain of blessings that will fall.
Invite in the quiet space of silence to rest in this peace and gratitude that is always within you.
Begin to visualize the bright full moon rising back to your space.
The warm pink full moon is this time bringing your sankalpa to rise to your grateful heart.
Feel a sense of love within you.
Your love is so big that is capable of manifesting your sankalpa into this physical space.
Seeing your primary sankalpa now,
Or perhaps repeating,
I am ready to transform to bloom anew with the pink moon.

Slowly first deepen your breath and as you deepen your breath you start to bring your awareness back to being aware.
Notice the part of you that is witnessing.
Notice how you feel emotionally.
Notice and observe your energy.
Feel the energy moving through you.
Feel the rise and the fall of the breath.
Now feel your body held and supported.
Your whole body is held,
Supported and loved,
My love.
Feel all parts of your body touching the surface below you.
Slowly begin to feel your fingers and your toes.
Noticing all the cumulative benefits of the practice.
Letting your body to reawaken slowly,
Finding gentle movements and stretches.
The movements are now growing to reawaken you into that space,
Taking as much time as you need to reawaken.
And as the movement grows you can give any sighs out if you feel like.
And then very slowly hug one knee to the chest and the other knee to the chest.
Give yourself a big hug and thank yourself for showing up on the space today.
Thanking the full moon for guiding you through this beautiful journey.
And just know that this sacred space always exists.
All you need to do is to keep showing up again and again and again.
Once you're ready you can slowly press yourself up to a cross-legged seat.
Bring your hands in prayer in front of your heart.
Slowly rub the palms together,
Rub the palms together,
Bringing energy,
Heat.
And once you feel enough heat you can slowly bring your hands,
The palms touching your eyes.
Breathe into the darkness.
Meet yourself with the moon that has guided you through this journey.
And then slowly bring the hands back to your face,
Now your entire face is covered.
Breathing into that space and then slowly you can blink your eyes open.
