My name is Anna and I'm honored to guide you through this powerful journey.

Today we'll connect with the transformative energy of the 11.

11 portal.

A time of heightened manifestation,

Spiritual alignment and awakening.

The 11.

11 portal is an energetic gateway that opens each year on November 11th and it's symbolizing spiritual alignment and the alignment between your inner world and the higher realms.

The number 11 is associated and considered as a master number in numerology,

Representing intuition,

Spiritual insight and the ability to manifest desires into reality.

During this time the veil between the physical and the spiritual worlds are thin and it's allowing us to receive deeper insights,

Divine guidance and to have a heightened ability to bring our dreams into the material plane.

This is a moment to embrace your highest self,

To connect with your soul's purpose and to step into your power as a creator of your own reality.

Through guided visualization and deep relaxation you will tap into your inner strength,

Setting the foundation for manifestation and spiritual awakening during this powerful portal.

Now let us start by finding a comfortable seated or lying down position.

Really take your time to find the space and once you've found that space allow yourself to close your eyes and just taking a couple of deep breaths,

Feeling your lungs completely,

Inhaling,

Holding at the top for a moment and then exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Repeating this breathing cycle two more times,

Allowing yourself to relax more deeply and allowing yourself to relax more deeply with each exhale.

As you continue to deeply breathe,

Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,

They're anchoring you firmly into the earth.

Feel the grounding energy of the earth rising through your body,

Bringing stability,

Calm and a deep sense of connection.

Now begin to gently scan your body,

Starting at your feet.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort as you exhale.

Imagine these areas are softening and releasing.

Moving your awareness from your feet up through your legs,

The hips,

Abdomen,

Chest and shoulders,

Everything relaxes.

The arms and hands and neck,

Everything is completely relaxed and grounded.

Relaxing from the feet up to the head and just taking the time to allow your body to fully relax and release any stored tension.

Now once you're ready,

Imagine yourself standing before a grand doorway made of radiant light.

This is the 1111 portal,

A gateway to a higher dimension.

As you take a deep breath,

Get ready to then step forward and as you step forward you feel the light enveloping you,

Warm and supportive.

Visualize the doorway slowly opening,

Revealing a beautiful expansive landscape filled with golden light.

You step through and immediately feel a sense of peace and possibility.

Notice how the air feels lighter,

How every breath fills you with clarity and purpose.

As you walk further into the space,

You see a path lined with glowing crystals and each crystal is representing one of your intentions,

Shimmering with energy and potential.

Walk along this path,

Touching each crystal and feeling its energy flowing into your being.

With every step you feel yourself becoming more aligned with your higher self,

More open to the blessings of the universe.

As you look up,

You see the clear sky and the stars shining brightly above you.

And in the sky you see two radiant pillars of light forming an archway.

Bring your hands in prayer,

Start each row of the palms,

Row of the palms as quickly and strongly as you can.

Once you have enough,

Then slowly bring the hands to touch your face in and out that heat and energy.

I really liked the meditation and could connect deeply. only 2 tips from my side: I would have liked to have a little bit more time in between the affirmations in order to repeat them myself and at the end I was expecting to visualize also leaving the portal and coming back to the present moment.
