Hello beautiful being.

Welcome to this sunrise meditation.

My name is Ana and I'm deeply honored to guide you through this beautiful,

Unique experience of immersing yourself in the space of watching and absorbing the light of the sunrise.

So now take a moment to settle yourself into the most comfortable space you could think of.

Maybe you want to lie down or sit down,

Just taking any props or blankets or support that you need to really get support and be there for the next couple of minutes without being disturbed and being completely held and supported.

And once you took the time to find that space,

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Just inhaling through the nose and sighing it out through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose,

Sighing it out through the mouth.

Let's do one more.

Inhale nose,

Exhale mouth.

Beautiful.

And then from that space,

Allow yourself to come into a natural way of breathing and imagine you are sitting at the peak of a little mountain at the beach.

You've walked all the way up there.

Now you're sitting and you're just feeling the sand touching your skin.

And as you feel the sand touching your skin,

You feel that natural grounding sensation of the earth,

Of mother nature connecting with the blend of touching your skin.

As you look to the side,

You see beautiful colors of the sky.

There's pink and light and there's a little dance of light and lightness as the sun prepares to rise.

Take a couple of moments to gaze the beauty of the sky and the beautiful colors of the sky.

And the sacredness and the uniqueness that is the dance that the sky does for the sun to rise every single morning.

As you look up to the sky,

You get amazed and you remember how precious and how miraculous and unique life is.

Automatically,

You feel that sense of gratitude deep in your heart.

You then take a seat at the top of the mountain and you allow yourself to just feel the present moment and to look to the other side as you see the sea.

The sea is dancing on its own majestic way.

The waves are coming and going.

The sound is healing and nurturing.

On one side,

You have the sea.

On the other side,

You have the sun.

As you breathe and you gaze into the sea with the waves,

The sun gets closer to come up.

And then you're feeling the light of the sun that is coming very gently on its own unique way.

It's coming up and you're looking at it.

And as you look at it,

You allow yourself to take a couple of breaths,

Grounding deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling,

Receiving.

Breathing and receiving the lightness of the sun,

The power of the sun.

And the transformation that every single morning when the sun wakes up,

It brings.

Every single morning when the sun wakes up,

It brings the colors of joy of living,

Presence and the birds singing,

The wave coming and going.

And as it starts to become brighter and brighter,

You take a moment to pause and express gratitude for all that is.

For that miraculous,

Powerful state of being that nature carries on its own way.

So precious,

So unique,

Just like you are,

My love.

You are precious and you are unique.

And the sunrise is just showing you and reminding you of that.

You know,

Oftentimes we move into our lives and so much ahead of us,

So much to do,

So many roles and responsibilities.

You take the lightness of the space,

Lightness of this moment to carry as you go into your day.

So as you pause,

As you gaze at the sun,

It is now brighter,

Carries its beautiful light.

You choose one thing in your life that you're grateful for.

Could be anything.

Maybe it's the fact that you're sitting here and watching the sun rising.

Maybe it's for the joy of living,

Or maybe it's because you've met someone you love.

Yesterday,

Or you've taken time for yourself,

Whatever there is,

Just take a moment to appreciate yourself.

Again,

Oftentimes as we move so crazily in our lives,

We don't take the time to appreciate and connect with the beauty and the wisdom that is to be grateful.

Be grateful.

And then from that beautiful loving space,

Once you have that thing close to your heart,

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to watch the sun rising.

And may you take up your day from that state of complete presence,

Complete happiness to be able to observe and to be with all that is.

And may you remember that all it takes when things go wrong or bad or crazily in our lives is a couple of moments of pause,

Of remembering how the waves are just coming and going,

And how the sun naturally rises and comes down every day.

And from that space,

Just take a moment to,

As you will kick off your day,

Pick up one word to guide your day.

It could be anything.

Just a word that resonates with that feeling of being at this beach,

Watching the sun rising.

Maybe the word that comes to you is love or gratitude or presence or whatever it is that comes first to your mind.

And whatever word that is,

May you fill your day as you move on with moments of that word.

Maybe as you carry along the day,

Allow yourself to come back to that word and to that feeling,

That moment that you've been watching the sun rising.

Once you're ready,

You can slowly,

Gently bring the hands close to your heart,

Starting to rub the palms,

Rub the palms,

Feeling a sense of heat.

And then you can bring the palms close to your heart space,

Feel the heart beating.

And then from your heart,

You bring it to your face,

To your eyes,

To the lens of how you see life.

And once you're ready,

You can gently blink your eyes open,

Letting go the beautiful space and coming to the beautiful space where you are at,

Appreciating its sacredness.

And with that,
