A short guided meditation to put us in contact with what matters most in life so that we might live fully and love well. In this practice, we will make space to listen inwards – not just so that we might settle our minds – but also so that we can purposely make our lives more meaningful. In this practice, we will ask “what do I want from life” and we will also ask the more receptive contemporary koan question of “what does life want from me”. We will access the wisdom found deep within each of us.
