This practice will offer three wise ways to better be with your fear and offer some easy tools for resetting your nervous system in those tricky times when you are feeling freaked out. It teaches us that we do not have to fear our own fear! Instead, we can become friends with it, gather the information that it gives us, and skilfully learn to work with turning the volume down on the sensations arising within us. This practice will leave you soothed, settled, and in kind-contact with yourself- and much better able to go about your day in a good way.
