Good morning dear one,

Diwali,

Known as the Festival of Lights,

Is an occasion to celebrate Victory over Defeat,

Light over Darkness,

Awareness over Ignorance,

Is an occasion to celebrate Life,

Hope,

Light and Positivity.

May this day light up your life with joy,

Happiness,

Courage and peace.

May God bless you with abundance and keep you in good health always.

Now allow a deep breath in and release,

Allowing yourself to sit in a comfortable position To begin this morning meditation,

Slowly shake your hands and palms,

Stretch your body,

Roll your shoulders,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Placing your palms on your laps facing open to the sky,

With your spine straight,

Your body relaxed,

Lovingly close your eyes and begin this beautiful day with your beautiful smile.

Breathe naturally and bring your awareness into your breath,

Feeling the loving presence of your breath on this moment.

We will do 10 rounds of 6 seconds slow deep breathing to welcome more nourishment into our body,

Mind and soul.

Now breathing in 2,

4,

5,

6,

Breathing out 2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing out slowly,

Keep breathing deeply,

Slowly and steadily.

Final round,

Deep breath in and breathe out slowly and completely,

Relax and breathe naturally,

Slowly align your soul with the sweet positive vibrations of nature,

As you are breathing peacefully let your feelings of stress,

Tension,

Hopelessness,

Darkness or any negative emotions to flow,

Releasing them without any judgements,

Keep breathing,

Give yourself permission to flow and let go of any resistance,

Give yourself permission to stand in your own power to welcome radical hope and light,

Embracing the pure awareness of your true self,

Chanting the mantra YAM,

YAM,

YAM,

YAM,

Awakening your heart chakra YAM,

YAM,

YAM,

YAM,

YAM,

YAM.

Now breathing naturally,

Feeling the awakening,

You are in your own divine radiance,

Accepting the fears,

Darkness and negativity you have been holding or flowing out as the light is entering every cell of your being,

Now slowly place your palms gently over your heart and repeat the affirmations after me,

I honour the divine light that shines within me,

Divine light flows me naturally,

I surrender my worries to the light within,

I embrace the journey and the new day with love and positivity,

My life is unfolding in glorious ways,

I am a radiant being of light,

I release all my attachments related to darkness and negativity,

I have radical hope in myself even in the hardest of times,

Every day brings me new possibilities,

I manifest miracles into my life,

My hope is unshakable and I am unstoppable,

I surrender to the loving will of the universe and I am always surrounded by divine love,

Light,

Hope and positivity,

Now relax and place your palms on your laps again,

Embracing the positive vibration filled with love,

Light and hope,

You are love,

You are light and know that your hope of light is radical and unshakable,

Now say thank you to this new day for new beginnings,

To your soul full of love,

Light and hope to make your life more bright,

Now allowing a deep breath in and breathe out slowly,

Rolling your shoulders,

Wiggling your fingers and toes and opening your eyes to the beautiful world around you,

Notice the sensations in your body and mind,

Notice the space around you,

Keep smiling,
