We often forget to ask ourselves the question," Am I feeling calm and relaxed right here in the present moment ?". This is a gentle 5-minute meditation that helps you feel calm and relaxed. This meditation will help you feel present and in touch with the moment of life, to feel relaxed with 4/6 breathwork and mindful breathing. Welcome to this short meditation for feeling calm and relaxed.

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

Relax your shoulders.

Softly close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths with 4-6 rhythm.

Breathe in deeply 2-3-4.

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

Breathe out slowly 2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

In 2-3-4.

Out 2-3-4-5-6.

Final round.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

Now breathe naturally.

Feeling you are here in the present moment.

Moving into mindful breathing.

Breathing in,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I feel relaxed.

Breathing out,

I feel relaxed.

Breathing in,

I feel relaxed.

Breathing out,

I feel relaxed.

And I feel relaxed.

Feeling calm and relaxed right here in the present moment.

Allow a deep breath in.

With a sense of gratitude and your smile.

Gently open your eyes.

Coming back fully to the space around you.
