Let's begin today's practice,
Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.
You can do this meditation in a seated position or even lying down on your back.
Allow your spine to be tall and straight,

Your face and your body to be more relaxed and your palms resting gently facing down in your lap or in your sides.
When you are ready,
Softly close your eyes,
Consciously bring your awareness in your breath,
Feel the sacredness and divine blessings of your inhalation and exhalation.
Conscious breathing is a good way to nourish your body and mind with mindfulness.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Say the words silently to yourself.

In and out.
Now breathing in,
I am aware of my body,
Breathing out,
I calm my body,
I am aware of my body,

I dwell in the present moment.

I enjoy the present moment.
