Welcome to this short meditation to feel calm and centered.

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

Relax your shoulders.

Softly close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths with 4-6 rhythm.

Breathe in deeply 2-3-4 Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6 Breathe in 2-3-4 Breathe out slowly 2-3-4-5-6 Breathe in 2-3-4 Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6 In 2-3-4 Out 2-3-4-5-6 Final round.

Breathe in 2-3-4 And breathe out 2-3-4-5-6 Now breathe naturally.

Feeling you are here in the present moment.

Into mindful breathing.

Breathing out,

I feel centered.

Breathing in,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I feel centered.

In,

I am calm.

Out,

I feel centered.

Feeling calm and centered here in the moment.

Now relax.

Allow a deep breath in.

With a sense of gratitude and your smile.

Gently open your eyes.

Coming back fully to the space around you.
