Good morning dear one,
Waking up with the affirmation,
I love me,
Welcoming this beautiful morning with your smile and feeling the power of the affirmation,
I love me in your heart.
As we begin the meditation,
Make yourself comfortable,
Seated or lying down,
Resting your palms facing open,
And exhale slowly,
Softly close your eyes with a gentle smile,
Becoming aware of your breath,
Feeling the presence of your in-breath and out-breath,
Maybe you can breathe in and breathe out a bit more deeply and slowly,
Embracing the nourishing rhythm of your breath,
Becoming aware of the soft expansion and the relaxation of your body,
Now bring your awareness into your heart space,
Feeling grateful to be alive,
Feeling grateful to be here in the present moment,
Feeling grateful for the healing power of self-love,
The nourishing power of self-love,
And feeling grateful for the gift of this human life,
Allow my heart to be filled with love,
Letting go of any resistance or anxieties,
Giving yourself permission to be with your true loving self,
Welcoming this new day,
Feeling loved and positive,
Now maybe place your palms gently over your beating heart,
Repeating the affirmations in your mind or out loud with me,
And feeling the power of the affirmations awaken your heart chakra,
I love me,
Today all is well with me,
I am exactly where I am meant to be,
And that is enough,
I love myself fully and completely,
I deserve a loving and fulfilling life,
My life is a blessing,
My heart is filled with love and happiness,
I am becoming stronger each day,
I am loved and supported,
Love flows through me naturally,
Today I love myself just as I am,
Relax and rest your palms,
And exhale release,
Breathe in and exhale release,
And breathe out release,
Surrendering into your heart's presence,
Your heart's loving vibration,
Into your heart's healing vibrations,
And intention for this day,
How do I want to feel today,
Feeling blessed for the opportunity to be here,
Now allow a deep breath in to breathe out release,
With a sense of gratitude for your intention,
And with a smile open your eyes to the world around you,
Relax your body,
