A meditation to attune to your infinite self.
To find a sense of well-being,
One must find a sense of self.
The self that is portrayed to the world is not the self we are sharing about.
The self that brings peace and love into the world is the self we would like to share about now.
The essence of this self is flowing between the worlds.
This self is attuned to the highest good of all,
The highest point of awareness that humanity can touch,
The highest pinprick of existence.
The chariot to this self is your breath.
Breathing into the space between your heart and your stomach will lead one to find this self and become accustomed to its love.
To feel its love emanating toward you is to be in alignment with all that is.
A dream-like state of pleasure and purity will ensure that one is in alignment with one's limitless self,
In alignment with all of creation.
Your brevity and explanation of this phenomena will astound you.
You will be constantly overcome with the new emotional states that have yet been experienced when in this space.
We cannot express it as a space.
It is more a self.
An entire duplicate human.
It is everything and space equals nothing.
So more accurately expressed as a self.
Effortless entwining of this self and yourself so as to become aware of both versions and choose to act with alignment towards the one that feels good to you.
This is your path.
If it feels good,
Go toward.
If it feels wrong,
Let it go.
All thoughts are just options available to you and all in every moment.
These thoughts need not be your reality.
They can pass through your mind due to the attraction of the vibrational signals you are sending.
And when your awareness settles on this thought,
It can choose to say yes,
This feels good,
I will take action towards this manifestation.
Or no,
This feels bad,
I will let this find a new home.
Thoughts exist as energy in waves and whatever wave you are tapped into will allow those waves at the same wavelength to penetrate your awareness.
But this need not last,
It can come in and go out just as quickly with as little notice as you like.
This is your choice.
This is your outcome to create.
You have power in all situations and can bring your awareness upon those thoughts that bring good feelings.
And these good feeling thoughts will lead you to your purpose because nothing feels bad that is part of your purpose and path.
Let those bad feeling thoughts move on to someone else because they don't fit where you are in your life right now.
They are either too far below your wavelength or too far above.
The thoughts that feel just right will be on your same wavelength or slightly above leading you toward your highest alignment.
Dreams are byways flowing from where you are to where you are meant to go.
Still your dreams and desires and passionate pursuits,
They will not lead you astray.
If it no longer feels good and right and fun then let it move on for it is meant for someone else in the exact place that you were when you attracted it to you and this is their next right step on their path leading them to their highest alignment and joy.
It's okay to let things go in this way,
It's best for you and for all.
Do what lights you up and bring your true self to life.
All of you can be doing what you most enjoy and most desire for this world is in need of everything you feel called to do.
Calling feels like a pull,
A gentle whisper that there is more for you here.
You are here for more.
You are brilliant and inspired when you're working towards your highest pursuits and desires and dreams.
You'll be brilliant and bold in alignment with this self.
So let's go within and connect with your limitless self now.
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Feeling your heart beat.
You can bring your hand to your heart if you like.
Connect with your heart space and picture a small ball of light emanating out from this space.
On every inhale this light grows brighter and on the exhale it grows bigger spreading throughout your body.
Relaxing the muscles in each part of the body it flows through.
See the light spread to fill your entire chest.
Feel it growing to cover your abdomen.
See it spreading down each of your legs,
Down your thighs,
Your knees,
Calves,
Ankles and all the way out the bottom of your feet.
Then see it spread up through your shoulders and down each of your arms,
Out through your fingers,
Up your neck,
Across your face and finally out the top of your head.
This white light is encompassing your entire body now.
Feel the deep relaxation that this light brings to your whole body.
If you start to get lost in your thoughts just gently bring your attention back to your heart space and the light within.
This expansive version of you is your limitless self.
Feel the amplification of your heart in this space and allow your limitless self to share any messages it has for you.
Say to this version of yourself,
I am listening,
I am here,
I trust in your guidance.

Listen deeply especially focusing your attention as you exhale.
Your breath is the pathway into this part of you.
Follow it.
Allow it to lead you deeper within and trust that whatever you hear is exactly what you are meant to hear in this moment.
1 you you you you you Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes as if you are waking up your body pulling all parts of yourself back into this moment.
Thank your infinite self for its guidance today and when you are ready open your eyes.
