Meditation for manifesting.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale it out your mouth.

Continue this cycle of breath until it becomes your natural rhythm.

Close your attention down towards your stomach and listen as I say the following words directing them down towards your inner guide.

Today I appreciate the seat underneath me holding and cradling my body.

The air that I breathe that keeps me alive.

The comfort of this space that keeps me warm,

Dry and safe.

I appreciate the ability to be on this planet another day.

I appreciate the ability to enjoy the warm sun on my face or the cool rain on my skin.

I appreciate the nature that is all around me whether I see grass,

Trees or even just a small flower poking out of a crack in a sidewalk.

These are all signs showing me the wonder of the amazing earth I am lucky enough to be a part of this day.

I appreciate the touch of other people,

Children,

Parents,

Grandparents and friends.

I appreciate hugs and soft hand squeezes that light up my day.

The small gestures of a stranger like a nod or a smile.

I appreciate each beautiful moment that is spent in connection with life and pure presence.

Bask in these feelings of gratitude for everything that is.

Now name your desire with a content knowing that it is already on its way to you.

And from this space of having so much,

This desire is just another thing that you will eventually be grateful for.

So it only makes sense to be grateful for it now as if it is already here with you.

With gratitude for this desire that is manifesting with ease and flow into your life in the best possible way for you and for all involved of the making of this desire.

The peaceful knowing that this desire is coming forth gives you comfort and allows you to breathe more openly and deeply.

Appreciate this desire for the not having of it is creating a wanting within you that opens you up to the process of universal flow which is the undercurrent of life itself.

If not for the wanting of this desire you would not have connected with this current running through you.

So appreciate the feeling of wanting because if not for wanting we would have no motivation to grow.

Wanting is what triggers growth.

Wanting without the feeling of lack is the most powerful emotion on this planet because it creates beautiful manifestations and creations from a place of fullness and richness that can only come from gratitude for what already is.

This secret,

This vortex,

This manifestation cycle that everyone is trying to explain,

It is filled with power and joy.

The height of human existence on this earth is felt when in this powerful space.

Remember that you can always come back here.

You can always tap into this space for this is where your dreams come into fruition.

Bask in the knowing,

The deep fullness of this knowing that the desire that you have is already done and you only need to find your way back to this space every day in order for you to see its fruition.

Now take a nice deep breath in and ask your inner guide,

What is my next right step?

Listen deeply.

If you hear nothing,

That's okay.

The next step will appear to you in some way.

It may be a small,

Quiet,

And yet powerful urge to do something.

You might see a book that you feel pulled to read or a podcast you feel inspired to listen to.

Take that step.

That is the universe telling you to take a step in the direction towards your deepest desire.

Now take one last deep inhale and exhale it out your mouth,

Releasing this desire to the universe and letting the universe take it from here.
