This meditation is a quick energy release that can be used when you feel stuck and can't hear your inner voice.
When you have closed your eyes,
Relaxed your body,
And asked for guidance but heard nothing,
Like something is blocking you from hearing your inner voice,
It is because you have old feelings or memories stored in your body.
Eckhart Tolle calls this the pain body.
Whatever you call it,
You aren't hearing your higher self because you are being blocked by stored emotions.
When we don't feel our feelings in our childhood because they're either too big or confusing for us to handle,
We store them in our bodies,
Pushing them down to deal with another day.
Well,
Today we can handle big feelings and I'm going to hold space for you to release these feelings in order to have a clearer channel to hear your true self.
So take a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes,
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and exhale it out your open mouth with a big sigh.
Good.
Do this two more times.
Bring your awareness deeper and deeper into your body with each breath.
Good.
For the next few minutes,
Just keep breathing deeper down into your body where you've heard your inner voice before,
Somewhere maybe in your chest or gut or somewhere in between.
Keep going deeper with each exhale.
Really elongating these exhales to keep you going deeper within.
Go even deeper.
Exhale,
Exhale,
Exhale.
Lovely job.
Keep going.
I'll keep holding space for you as you keep breathing deeper and deeper.
Of course you will inhale,
But really exaggerate your exhales.
This is what helps you go deeper into your awareness.
Now,
Feel into your body and find where this pain is stored.
Is it in your shoulders,
Your stomach,
Your throat?
Search within yourself for where the pain is stored.
You may notice an instantaneous pain as you breathe deeper and get to this deep place within yourself.
So search within yourself for where the pain is stored and when you find it,
Bring your awareness completely into the pain.
Dive right into the pain.
Let this pain wash over you.
Tears might come to your eyes.
Whatever happens,
Let it come.
You might feel other emotions.
You might feel anxious about this.
You just wiggle your shoulders and chest or whatever area that pain is in to release it as you are breathing into it.
It won't last forever,
But by feeling the pain,
You are releasing it.
Great job.
You're almost there.
Keep releasing.
Let this pain go.
Whatever memories or feelings are coming up,
Let them come.
Release them.
You don't have to hold on to them any longer.
You are strong enough to feel these feelings now and they won't hurt you.
They will leave you once you feel them.
Now begin to exhale deeply with each breath to blow this pain away like you are blowing out a candle.
Inhale.
Exhale.
You can even move your neck from side to side.
Move your head as you're blowing this pain away.
Exhale it out of your body like you're releasing the toxins that have been stored within it for so long.
Big,
Long and healing exhales now.
Good job.
Keep going.
Continue to go into the pain and exhale it away while I hold space for you for the next few minutes.
Release any tight muscles.
Don't let them tense back up.
Release and breathe through them.
You'll feel so much better in just a few minutes.
Keep going in.
Keep releasing.
Keep blowing these feelings away.
And I'll be here waiting until you're ready.
Take two breaths.

You can repeat this meditation as many times as you need until you release the negative energy completely.
