This practice will help you fill up on vital energy by clearing the chakras and creating a clear channel to receive energy from Source. This meditation takes the information learned in the book, Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and puts it into a practice you can use every day, to fill up on vital energy.

Fill up on vital energy.

We live not in a material universe,

But in a universe of dynamic energy.

Everything exists in a field of sacred energy that we can sense and intuit.

We humans can project our energy by focusing our attention in the desired direction as the saying goes,

Where attention goes,

Energy flows.

When we lose the connection with vital energy we turn to others,

Manipulating and forcing them to give us their energy.

We stop this cycle when we experience an inner connection with divine energy within.

A connection described by the mystics of all traditions.

A sense of lightness,

Buoyancy,

And the constant sensation of love are measures of this connection.

If these measures are present,

The connection is real.

So let's go within and practice filling up on vital energy.

Close your eyes now.

Relax your shoulders down your back.

To fill up on vital energy we must first deepen into our breath.

Breathe in through your nose.

Hold it at the top for just a second and then exhale out your nose.

Deepening,

Softening with each exhale.

We'll do this a few more times.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it at the top and exhale out your nose.

Once again,

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it for a second and exhale softening your shoulders down your back.

One more time,

Breathe in the nose.

Hold it at the top and exhale letting any other tension in your body release.

Let your breath relax into its natural rhythm.

Now I will walk you through the vital energy centers of your body.

Bring your attention to the base of your spine.

Breathe here.

Feel the space within this center.

Find appreciation for the grounding and security you receive from this center.

Now let your attention travel straight up below your navel to your sacral chakra,

Bringing energy to this area as well.

Feel gratitude for the creativity you receive from this center.

Now bring your attention to just above the navel area,

Your solar plexus.

Soften the muscles in your stomach and create an opening to receive energy from this area.

Open your breath and see if you can soften in the navel area even more.

Give thanks for the personal power,

Self-esteem and strength that is derived from this part of you.

Now bring your awareness to your heart,

Your beautiful sacred heart in your chest.

Breathe through your heart space and soften the muscles around your heart until you start feeling the energy building in your heart space.

Keep breathing deeply,

Imagining that the breath is going in and out of your heart.

Give thanks for this vital organ and all the work it does for you daily and find appreciation for the love and compassion you experience from this center.

Now relax your cheekbones as your focus travels up your body.

Open your mouth a little bit to relax your jaw.

Soften your shoulders down your back and bring your awareness to the throat chakra,

The area in the center of your throat and soften and relax the muscles in your throat and neck.

Softening until you can feel the muscles making space for an opening.

Breathing in this space,

Continue to open and receive.

If it helps you can imagine bright white light flowing into this area of your throat.

Just be sure to keep softening in this area to keep the energy flowing.

Tension creates a wall where there should be an opening.

Allow the energy to flow as it is supposed to.

Give gratitude for the communication,

Self-expression and authenticity you receive from your throat chakra.

Now relax your forehead and your eyes.

Bring your awareness to the place in the center of your forehead called the third eye chakra.

Breathe deeply with all your focus in this area,

Relaxing and softening and creating an opening as if you are opening a door to receive energy from this area.

You may feel a tingling sensation,

Just continue to breathe through this area.

Give thanks for the intuitive guidance you receive from this chakra.

Lastly bring your attention to the top of your head to your crown chakra,

Your connection to spirit and the universe.

Breathe deeply with all of your focus on the top of your head,

Relaxing,

Softening and creating an opening as if you are opening a door to receive energy from the universe.

Now take the deepest breath you've taken all day.

Breathe in through your nose and use the back of your throat to push the air out completely.

It's as if you are using this line of energy like a tube.

You've created a line of energy flowing in through the top of your head all the way down to your root chakra.

Do you feel the energy circulating up and down this line?

With each inhale bring a new,

Refreshing breath into all corners and crevices of your body.

Breathe deeply in and out of this tube filling up on vital energy.

This eternal well of energy is always available to you.

Now from the space of love and light,

Let the following words wash over you and flow through you,

Helping you to seal in this vital energy you've just received and aligning you with your true power throughout your day.

Dear universal love and light,

Please help me ground myself in this authentic power and divine energy.

Please flow through me in all situations,

Interactions,

And endeavors throughout my day and let my mind be humbled by the vastness and depth of this new perspective.

As our practice comes to a close,

Start to become aware of your hands and feet,

Slowly culling all parts of you back into this moment and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
