Hi,
I'm April Wagner and today's morning alignment message is about releasing deeply rooted beliefs that are no longer serving you.
Each week I quiet my mind and ask for a message that is applicable to me and all who hear it.
These short insights will feel like coming home to your soul and are on the leading edge of consciousness.
So sit back,
Relax and let this message flow over you like a blanket,
Wrapping you in comfort and bringing you peace.

Please flow through me a message that will help us release deeply rooted beliefs.
The true depth of the ocean within is undefined.
One cannot sink deep enough within to find the other side.
To be deeply rattled and shaken up to the core causes an epiphany.
This comes from insights from deep within being allowed to come forth,
To bubble up and through one's consciousness.
A breakthrough is just that,
A breaking through of insight from your higher knowing,
Your intuition,
Your guide,
Being allowed to pass through an opening that once was barricaded by old,
Limiting beliefs or patterns.
So the work is to remove the barriers and allow the new thoughts to flow.
How is this done?
With breath and belief that all is well and trust that the letting go is in the best interest of all involved.
And when one can trust that letting go will bring them peace,
They no longer need to hold on to that belief.
That belief that was keeping them stuck,
That was keeping them small.
They can release that belief and make an opening,
An opening for new thoughts from the edge of earthly wisdom and divine knowing to appear.
So let's go within and start to release the barriers to your innate knowing.
Let's start on the surface.
You can place your hand on the space between your heart and stomach.
This is where your breath meets your emotions.
Feel your hand rise as you breathe in and fill the space with clean,
Refreshing air and feel your hand fall as you exhale and release the air out of your open mouth.
Do this again.
Inhale through your nose,
The deepest breath you've taken all day and exhale with a sigh out your open mouth.
Good.
Now go deeper.
Breathe deeper into your diaphragm,
Into the core of your being.
Now we will connect to that part of us that is all knowing,
Peaceful and loving.
As you exhale,
Ask your inner voice,
What belief do I need to release that is no longer serving my highest good?
Just sit and listen.
Do not force yourself to hear something.
Let it surprise you.
Just keep breathing deeply into the space between your heart and gut and listening.
And once you have heard the belief that you need to release,
Imagine that you are holding it in your hand,
Scooping it out of your body and holding it out in front of you.
Cup your hands around this belief and hold it up as if it were a bird,
Ready to be released into the wild.
And thank this belief for serving you in the time you needed it.
Now release it to move on to someone else who needs it now.
Picture this belief floating away like a cloud,
Moving on and allowing space for new,
More expansive beliefs to take root within you.
Thank your inner knowing for helping you see where you were holding yourself back.
And now take one moment more to ask what is true for me in this moment and listen within.
What is true for me in this moment?
Good job.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back into the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Waking up your body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
