Transcript

This is a meditation for forgiveness.

Sit in a comfortable seat with your hands in your lap.

Take a deep breath,

Filling your diaphragm with new,

Refreshing air and slowly exhale out your mouth.

Bring your focus deep into your stomach where your inner guide resides.

Breathe in while thinking,

I am and breathe out while thinking,

Love.

This will help you connect to your true nature of love.

Continue to breathe and repeat this cycle for the next few breaths.

Listen to the following words,

Directing them towards your inner guide.

Dear inner guide,

I am willing to see my judgments,

Fears and resentments from a new perspective.

Help me see them through the lens of love.

Now close your eyes and call to mind a person or situation that you've been holding onto with fear or resentment.

And picture this person in front of you.

Allow yourself to open your heart to this person as you continue to deepen your breath.

See their heart and envision white light connecting your heart to their heart.

Remember we are all one.

We are all made from the same stuff as the stars.

We are all connected in this place of love.

Feel the layers of anger and resentment lifting off your chest.

If it resonates,

Say to them in your mind,

I forgive you.

I see you with love.

What is done is done and my heart can move on.

My heart is freed from the shackles of fear and resentment.

My heart can return to its true nature of love.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose,

Holding it at the top.

And with a big open mouthed exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth,

Releasing any thoughts of fear,

Anger or resentment from within.

Continue to sit in this space and breathe in love and exhale fear,

Anger and resentment.

Trust that you can let go now.

That it is safe to let these feelings release.

Breathe in love.

Exhale fear.

Continue this cycle of breathing,

Relaxing and enjoying this beautiful space free of resentment and anger,

Filled with love and light for the next few moments.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
