And good morning,
A meditation for morning alignment.
Gently closing your eyes,
Make any last adjustments to find ease and we'll begin by relaxing our body.
Take a nice deep inhale in through your nose and exhale it out your mouth.
Ah.
Begin by bringing your attention to your chest.
Feel your lungs take in fresh oxygen.
Focus on the rise and fall of your rib cage.
Each time you exhale,
Do so fully and completely.
Monitor your breath,
Change nothing except to ensure you're breathing deeply and exhaling fully on each exhale.
Allow the waves of relaxation to wash over the top of your head,
Your skull and your eyebrows,
Consciously starting to relax and let go.
Relax any tension in your forehead,
The muscles in your face.
Open your mouth a little bit to allow your jaw to relax.
Allow those waves to flow from the top of your head through your face and now down into your neck.
Especially focus those waves towards the base of your neck where tension forms when we're stressed or tired.
Feeling the peaceful waves of relaxation flowing down through all the muscles in your neck.
As you breathe out,
Let the knots gradually unravel themselves and feel the warmth that now settles in your neck area.
Feel the waves travel down to your chest and belly now.
Acknowledge any areas of tension in your stomach and being kind and gentle to yourself,
Just let go of these feelings and send down the intention to let go in this area.
Now send these waves of lovely healing relaxation down each of your arms.
Feel all the sensations in each arm,
Elbow,
And down and out through your fingers.
Relax more and notice how heavy your arms become.
Bring your attention to how your hips are connecting to your seat,
Drawing down the wave of relaxation into this area.
Notice how your body feels connecting to your seat.
Any areas of tension or pain,
Just allow them to completely relax as the tension melts away.
Send healing to the areas that need it as you allow the waves to travel to your legs.
Feel the healing sensation that moves down to your thighs,
Through your knees,
And ankles,
And all the way down through your feet and toes.
Experience your legs feeling heavier and heavier.
Notice how your legs relax and become soft and completely still.
You have brought healing into your body during this time and have allowed your body to fully relax.
Now turn your attention to your heart center and breathe deeply into your heart space.
Set an intention to connect with your true self this morning,
The greater part of you that is all-knowing,
Loving,
And free.
Let yourself be overcome by the love and light within this space.
Let the love flow and wave throughout your relaxed and open body.
Allow yourself to receive all of the love that your body needs,
All of the love you desire from others,
All of the peace you crave.
It is all right here within you,
Within your beautiful,
Open heart.
Now think of one person that you're grateful for.
Imagine their face in front of yours and look into their eyes.
Thank the universe for this person.
Now call to mind something that you're grateful for.
It can be a vacation you just took,
Your home,
Your job.
Picture this thing in your mind and thank the universe for it.
Now is the perfect time to set an intention for your day.
Picture your day going smoothly and happily.
Whatever you wish to accomplish today is done with ease and joy.
Now call to mind one thing you would like to happen to you to attain or create within the next few months.
Picture this goal manifesting and unfolding in the most easeful and fun way.
Now feel gratitude that the universe is already working on your desires and release them to the universe with gentle expectation.
Set the intention to accomplish one thing today that will contribute to the manifestation of your desired outcome.
If you can't think of anything in this moment,
That's okay.
Just know that the next right step to seeing your desired outcome made manifest is on its way to you and expect to feel an urge when it is the right time to take a step towards this desire.
Listen to these quiet urges as they are your soul nudging you in the direction of your dreams.
Now take a deep breath in and release your desire to the universe.
You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes starting to wake up your body,
Stretch out your arms as if you're just getting out of bed and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
It's going to be a beautiful day,
