I'm going to be leading you through this tap along to help you feel safer in your body and perhaps through this feeling of safety,
You might be ready to lose some weight.
We're going to begin on the outside of the hand,
Tapping gently,
Doesn't matter which hand,
Just allowing yourself to notice how this feels for you.
Even though there's a part of me that doesn't feel safe to release this weight.
I'm here right now,
I'm safe.
I know there's a part of me.
I'm open to looking at this today.
Even though there's a part of me that doesn't believe it's safe to lose weight.
I love and appreciate myself.
Anyway,
So taking a moment,
Noticing how that feels for you,
Noticing if there's resistance in your body,
Just allowing yourself to notice.
And then when you're ready,
We're going to move to in between the eyes just holding the points.
I'm safe.
Outside of the eyes,
Right here,
Right now.
Underneath the eyes,
I'm safe.
Underneath the nose,
Releasing this weight is safe.
On the crease of the chin,
I'm safe now.
Down to the chest,
It's safe to be me.
Underneath the arm,
It's safe for me to be healthy.
Shake that off,
Place your hands on your heart,
And just take a few breaths here.
Notice what's happening for you.
Notice what thoughts or memories or ideas are coming up.
And let's do another round.
In between the eyes,
Holding.
Right here,
Right now.
Outside of the eyes,
I'm safe.
Underneath the eyes,
It's safe for me to feel good in my body.
Underneath the nose,
It hasn't always been that way.
Underneath the nose,
I'm safe.
On the crease of the chin,
And I love and appreciate myself anyway.
Underneath the arm,
And I appreciate myself.
Top of the head,
I'm open to the idea of feeling safe in my body.
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Shake that off,
Again,
Bringing the hands on to the heart and just allowing yourself to be.
Taking a moment to notice what's changed,
What's within your awareness.
And then,
Just notice what's happening in your body.
What's not noticing.
Anything that came into your awareness during this tapping is powerful information for you.
That is healing that is ready to be done.
Be gentle with yourself.
Drink lots of water.
