I'm Anita Kaiser and I'm going to lead you in a tap along with me today to help you release some of the exhaustion that often comes with being an empath.
So right now I'd love for you to take your hands and place them on your heart and just take this opportunity to check in.
How exhausted are you feeling in this moment right now?
So on a scale of one to ten,
I'd love for you to put a number on this.
Ten being the most exhausted and zero being not at all.
So just writing that number down or putting it somewhere.
There's no right or wrong here.
This number just gives us an indicator for us to know what's shifted because us beautiful humans,
We often forget where we started.
Once things get better,
We think we've always been there.
All right,
So whatever your number is,
You've written it down,
You know where you're starting.
And so the way this is going to work,
This tap along,
I'm going to repeat something.
I'm going to tell you where we're tapping and you're going to repeat after me.
If you hear a different word or something feels a little bit more precise to you or something I've said,
Your body says no,
That's okay.
You can just ignore it or insert what feels more aligned to you.
And otherwise,
You can just repeat after me.
All right,
So we're going to be starting on the karate chop point of the hand.
Doesn't matter which hand.
So just gently tapping on the outside of the hand.
Even though I'm feeling really exhausted,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm feeling really exhausted,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm feeling completely exhausted,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
So just noticing how that feels in your body,
Noticing if anything shifted already for you,
Just allowing yourself to observe.
And then when you're ready,
Taking both fingers inside the eyebrows,
Just at the top of the nose,
Feeling exhausted,
And then moving to the outside of the eyebrows,
The outside of the eyes,
Just holding that spot right on the bone.
So exhausted.
Moving the fingers underneath the eye,
Again,
On the bone,
The cheekbone,
Feeling so exhausted.
Underneath the nose,
Right above the lip,
There's just too much going on.
On the crease of the chin,
Too many things need my energy.
Down to the chest,
Just outside,
Just a couple inches below the collarbone.
I'm just feeling exhausted.
Underneath the arm,
Right on the nipple line,
But at the side,
Feeling so exhausted.
Shaking that off,
Bringing your hands to your heart,
And again,
Checking in.
What number would you put on that now?
10 being the most exhausted,
0 being not at all.
Where are you at?
What has changed?
So just allowing yourself to notice.
We're going to do another round.
So again,
Bringing the fingers inside the eyes,
Like right in between the eyebrows,
All this exhaustion outside of the eyebrows,
Right on the bone,
Feeling so tired.
Underneath the eye,
On the bone,
I wonder,
Underneath the nose,
What would make me feel less exhausted?
On the crease of the chin,
I wonder if it's safe for me to feel less exhausted.
Down to the chest once again,
Feeling exhausted.
Underneath the arm,
Exhaustion.
And then just shaking that off,
Bringing your hands back to your heart,
And just taking this opportunity to check in,
To notice how exhausted you're still feeling.
Put a number on it from 0 to 10.
So that was two rounds of EFT tapping.
Notice the difference.
Notice what came up for you.
Any memories,
Thoughts,
Incidents,
Inspiration,
Anything that came in for you is important for you to notice.
Make sure you have lots of water and be gentle with yourself.
