There are so many times during the living of our days where we are Transitioning - transitioning from one thing to the next, from one person to the next, from home to our working life, from our working life to home and so on. Often we carry energy with us into the next part of our day or experience and this impacts us in our ability to be fully present. So this short meditatoin can be done anytime and almost anywhere you are transitioning, to become aware of the energy in the form of thoughts and emotions that you carry with you, practice letting them go so that you can transition into the next part of the day fully and mindfully - living and loving every moment.
