Midday,
All is well meditation.
Wherever you are,
Find a place to simply pause and connect with your life force,
Your breath.
In this moment,
Simply connect to the inflow and outflow of your breath.
Watch your breath as it enters your body through your nose or your mouth.
And watch your breath as it leaves your body.
All there is to do to connect to what truly matters is to watch your breath like waves on the ocean.
Watch your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Allow it to fill you up and allow each exhalation to relax you,
Anchor you in this moment and to let go of what no longer serves you.
Feel your breath in this moment.
Connect to what it feels like as it enters and leaves your body.
Where do you feel it?
In your abdomen,
Your chest,
Around your throat or nose?
Just notice and connect to the feeling of your breath.
As you connect to your life force,
Your breath,
You're grounded in the knowingness that all is well and you are exactly where you need to be.
You are so on track with your life and everything has unfolded and is unfolding brilliantly and beautifully.
Breathe deeply into this knowingness.
Allow it to fill you up and center you for the footsteps ahead.
Just breathe in,
All is well.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
I'm so on track and I'm so grateful for everything that's unfolded in my life and that has yet to unfold.
I give thanks.
Breathe into this knowingness.
Allow it to settle into every part of your body,
Every cell,
Leaving you energized,
Feeling even more alive.
When you're ready,
Connect back to this moment where you are seated.

Open them.
