Practice slowing down and lengthening each outward breath.
Feel your shoulders,

Rest into this moment with every long,

Outward breath.
Just breathe.
With each long,
Slow breath,
You are shifting your mode of being into all is well.
Every system in your body is actively shifting into all is well.
