This is a practice you can do anytime, anywhere - Morning, Midday or Evening. A Meditation for when you find Breathing itself is hard to do. Practicing this helps actively shift you into "All is Well" and that is the first small step towards healing and anything else you seek to experience.

Transcript

Close your eyes if you're able to.

Roll your shoulders up and back a few times to align your spine and open your chest.

And in this moment,

As best as you are able,

Settle and become aware of your breath.

The place where it enters and leaves your body.

Become aware of your breath as it enters through your nose and as it leaves through your nose or mouth.

Nothing else to do.

Simply become aware of your breath in this moment.

Just breathe.

Bring your hand on your belly if you wish.

Breathe gently and as you breathe,

Notice the rising and falling of the belly with each breath.

Nothing else to do.

Just breathe.

Now see if you can slow down every inward breath as best as you can.

And see if you are able to slow down and lengthen every outward breath.

You may wish to pay a little more gentle attention to each outward breath.

Inhaling naturally or how you are able.

And follow every exhalation slowly all the way out,

Letting it go there.

The inhalation takes care of itself.

Practice slowing down and lengthening each outward breath.

Feel your shoulders,

Face,

Body.

Relax,

Rest into this moment with every long,

Slow,

Outward breath.

Just breathe.

With each long,

Slow breath,

You are shifting your mode of being into all is well.

Every system in your body is actively shifting into all is well.

Just breathe.

And when you are ready,

If your eyes are closed,

Open them,

Smile and continue living and shining on this precious day.
