The evening meditation is intended to help you let go of the day & reflect on the day - your choices and and then to visualize the day you wish to create.

Evening Meditation.

In this moment,

Settle into a comfortable seated position and find your center.

Bring awareness to the inflow and outflow of your breath in this moment.

Bring awareness to the coming and going of your breath in this moment.

Following the breath all the way out to the very tip on the exhalation.

Allowing the inhalation to flow in easily and naturally.

There's nothing to control,

Only to observe the inflow and outflow of the breath.

Now taking a deeper breath with more awareness.

And as you exhale,

Relax and let go of the day.

Taking another deeper breath with great awareness.

Bringing it all the way in and as you relax,

Let go of the energy of the day.

And now once more taking a breath right in through your heart.

Breathing life into your body and as you exhale,

Let go of the day.

Allow every exhalation to ground you in this evening moment where all is well.

And you're letting go of the energy of the day.

Everything you created and experienced on this day.

And letting go of what no longer serves you on this day.

As you continue breathing with great awareness of every inhalation and exhalation.

Signal each body part to relax and rest further in this moment with every breath.

Beginning with the feet,

With every exhalation,

Signal the feet to rest,

Relax.

Moving up to the lower legs,

Knees and thighs with every exhalation.

Signal this part of your body to rest and relax and let go of the day.

Moving up to the hips,

That part of the body that moves us forward and bears so much weight.

With every exhalation,

Signal this part of your body to let go and relax.

Moving your awareness to your spine,

Your lower,

Mid and upper spine and back that supports you throughout the day.

It's time to signal this part of your body to rest and relax with every breath.

Now moving to the front of your body,

Your abdominals,

Your chest,

Heart and lungs and shoulders.

With every breath,

Signal this part of your body to rest.

Moving up to your neck,

Your face,

Your scalp and entire head with every breath.

Let it go,

Relax,

Release any tension with every breath.

Feeling more connected to this evening moment,

More grounded right here,

Right now,

We're all as well.

And you are preparing your body and mind and spirit for a peaceful night's rest.

It's time to reflect on this day and observe with great kindness and awareness of the choices you made on this day.

The thoughts you thought on this day,

The emotions you experienced on this day.

Simply bring awareness to where during the day your choices,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions were not in alignment with your highest self.

Simply be aware,

Reflect with great kindness and compassion and care for your beautiful self.

For awareness empowers you for the next day in your life.

Where did you disconnect from the highest version and possibility of yourself on this day?

Simply reflect with great care and kindness.

And now,

As we get ready to lay our head down for the evening,

Rest our mind and body.

It's time to fill ourselves up with a vision of our highest self,

With a vision of the choices we wish to make in our life.

With visions of what we want to experience more of in our life.

It's time to flood your mind and awareness with the thoughts and emotions that will guide you as you fall asleep and as you begin a new day.

Allow this vision to guide your energy and settle you into a beautiful,

Relaxing,

Creative sleep.

Where your dreams are filled with visions of a new you,

A new life,

A new way of being.

One that is deeply aligned with your dreams and desires and the highest values.

And now finally,

Giving thanks for gifting you yourself this time to relax,

To reflect and to create.

Allow the energy of gratitude to flood your mind and take over your body.

As you get ready to settle down for a beautiful,

Peaceful sleep.

One where you've let go of the energy of this day.

Where you've reflected and become aware.

And where you've taken time to create clarity around your dreams and desires.

Allowing the energy of this to flow you into a beautiful,

Peaceful sleep.

When you're ready,

Coming back into this moment,

Feeling rested,

At peace.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and lay yourself down now for a beautiful,

Relaxing,

Rejuvenating sleep.
