Welcome anxious dear one.
Sit or lie down and let your body be supported and comfortable.
You don't need to feel ready or calm to begin.
If anxiety is already here,
So we shall start here.
Take a nice long deep inhale and then sigh it out.
I invite you to notice where anxiety lives in your body,
Not the story or the reason it is there,
Just the sensation.
Is it in your chest?
Your stomach?
Your throat?
Your hands?
Pick one place where it feels strongest.
Bring your attention there.
You are not trying to remove it,
Just observe.
Is it tight?
Moving?
Buzzing?
Heavy?
Stay with a raw sensation as if you are studying it up close.
Anxiety often behaves like a wave.
It builds,
Peaks and shifts.
It is not as solid as it feels.
Now,
Instead of pushing it away,
Make a little space around it.
If the feeling is in your chest,
Imagine your chest widening slightly to give it room.
If it's in your stomach,
Let your belly soften around it.
Wherever it is,
Give it space,
A little extra room.
You are not trapped inside the feeling of anxiety.
And it is not trapped inside you.
The feeling is moving inside you.
Let your breath move naturally.
Just let it pass through the area you're observing.
And if your mind jumps in,
That's okay.
Gently return to the sensation again,
As it makes waves,
Peaks and then shifts.
You are not the wave.
You are the one noticing it.
Stay here.
Not forcing calm or waiting for it to disappear.
Just riding what is already happening without resistance.
Over time,
The wave changes.
Or it may simply become easier to sit with.
Either way,
You are still here.
Still steady enough to observe.
And that steadiness is what carries you through.
Keep breathing naturally.
When you're ready,
Widen your attention.
Feel your body as whole again.
The surface beneath you.
The air around you.
The wave is not everything.
It is just something passing through.
Slowly open your eyes.
Enjoy the ride.
From my heart to yours.
