Get into the most comfortable position that you can find today.
For this one you can choose to lie down or sit up,

Really comfortable.
So take a few moments to settle in.
Make any last adjustments and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
And we will begin with three deep breaths in your own time.
Breathing in deeply,
Holding for a moment,
And then slowly exhale.
Three deep breaths as you relax every cell,
Every muscle,
Every fiber of your being.
Let go.
To help you go deeper,
I'm going to guide your subconscious mind through different parts of the body.
As you relax each part,
In turn,
Starting with your toes,
Relax your toe.
Every cell,
Every muscle,
Lose them and relax.
Soles of the feet now relaxed.
All the tension that were there melt away.
Heels and ankles relax.
And a wave of relaxation begins to move along the legs as you allow all calf muscles to relax.
Knees relax the thigh muscle.
As we move into the abdominal area,
As all stomach muscles relax.
Moving within the abdominal area,
Allow all internal organs and glands to relax and begin to function in a rhythmic,
Harmonious manner.
Become aware of the relaxed beat of your heart.
As you move deeper and deeper now,
With each breath that you take,
Let go and relax.
Moving to the back of the shoulders,
Relax all back and shoulder muscles,
Allowing the deep residual tension to melt away.
A wave of relaxation begins to flow down the arms,
Through the elbows,
The forearms.
Relax hands,
Fingers.
The whole body relax completely now.
As a wave of relaxation,
Loose up the back of the neck,
Cross to the top of the scalp,
Down over the forehead,
Into the eyes.
Relax all minute eye muscles,
Facial muscles.
Relax the jawbone.
Eyebrows.
Cheeks.
The whole body completely relax.
To help you go deeper still,
I'm going to count from ten to one.
On each descending number,
Feel yourself going deeper.
On the count of one,
Relax completely,
Both physically and mentally.
Let go now.
Ten.
Nine.
Feel going deeper down.
Eight.
Deeper and deeper.
Seven.
Relax.
Six.
Down.
Deeper still.
Five.
Let go.
Four.
Three.
Still deeper.
Two.
Let go.
On the count of one,
Feel completely relaxed,
Both physically and mentally.
One.
Let go.
Let God.
To help you enjoy this deep,
Refreshing state of being,
Imagine yourself walking alone on a deserted beach,
Your bare feet sinking into the soft sand.
The sun shining down on your back.
You can hear the waves chanting in the background as you enjoy the solitude of walking alone on a deserted beach.
Relax.
Remember that whenever you come into this deeper level,
You will gain greater control of your mind and body.
You'll feel peace and harmony.
Remember that you are the master of your mind and body.
Nothing real can ever be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies perfect peace.
You are complete and whole within yourself now.
And forever.

And at the count of five,
You'll be wide awake,
Refreshed,
Alert,
In perfect health,
And more aware than before.
