Hello.

Allow yourself to feel as comfortable as possible,

To prepare for a really wonderful relaxation.

Relaxing is our intent today.

Just carving out a small time relaxing can be very beneficial.

This is the time you gift yourself for just caring about your inner wellness which glows from within.

Give yourself the best chance of achieving this by settling into the most comfortable position and close your eyes and welcome yourself to this moment.

Feel your back and bottom supported.

You may like to invite the presence of peace to be with you today and let's begin by taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again big breath in,

Big breath out.

Continue doing this for a few more breaths until you are ready to close your mouth and just breathe through your nostrils,

Unless of course your nostrils are blocked.

The next time you breathe in tell yourself I'm breathing in goodness and when you release your breath you say I'm breathing out discomfort.

Breathing in goodness,

Breathing out discomfort.

Feel how just one healthy breath can easily ooze into different parts of your body.

Relax into your breath without trying to change it.

Allow the sounds outside the room to disappear into the background.

Should the mind wander gently remind yourself to come back to your breath and the sound of my voice guiding you through this relaxation.

Our intent is relaxation and exploring the marvelous benefits of it.

Become aware of the position of your body and bring your attention to your feet,

Soles of the feet,

Toes,

Tops of the feet,

Ankles.

Feel them and be curious about them.

Let your awareness go up your shins,

To your calves,

Knees,

Back of the thighs,

Hips.

Just feeling them and experiencing them.

Now bring your awareness to your torso,

To your lower back,

Abdomen,

Upper back,

Chest,

Ribs,

The whole ribcage,

Into the heart,

The lungs.

Just observing and experiencing them.

It is so amazing how the body knows what to do without giving it our consciousness.

The heart knows how to beat in perfect rhythm.

The oxygen knows how to stimulate the blood.

All our organs have the job of sending oxygen around the body and the body knows exactly the right temperature to be for wellness.

Let's invite to ourselves the gratitude of how perfectly we just know this to happen.

Although we sometimes forget how perfect everything is in wellness.

Bring your awareness to your shoulders.

Relax your shoulders.

Bring your awareness to your arms,

Hands,

Fingers.

Shift your attention to the neck,

Front of the neck,

Back of the neck.

Feel it,

Experience it.

Pay attention to your face now.

Relax your jaw.

Feel your cheeks,

Left and right.

Relax your forehead.

Let's now go to the scalp,

Top of the scalp.

Breathing in and out while noticing the whole body from the feet to the scalp,

All connected.

Feel happy that you took this time to improve your health and well-being.

Letting go completely now.

Open up a homely feeling of being in the present moment.

Now it's time to bring yourself fully back into the room or wherever you are.

Your body feeling relaxed and ready to take with it the relaxed feelings from this experience.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Bring a little bit of movement in the body.

Hear the sounds and when you're ready,

Slowly start to open your eyes.

Bring a smile to your face and if you'd like,

Stretch your arms over your head and take another deep breath in and a big sigh out.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
