Shimmy and wiggle yourself into a very comfortable position and close your eyes.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Do this twice more as you lengthen through your spine and relax your shoulders and sit bones completely.
And then slow down your breathing.
As you begin to breathe through your nose and become aware of your beating heart,
Just focus on your heartbeat right now.
Notice the speed of it as you let it slow down with each breath,
Becoming deeper and deeper,
Calmer and more relaxed.
Notice yourself in this moment where it is still and peaceful.
If your mind wanders,
Return to your heart as you continue to breathe into stillness.
Become the stillness.
Now,
Perhaps you came here today because of anxiety,
Feelings of spinning or rushing,
Overwhelm,
Unanswered questions or perhaps you're waiting for an outcome or a result.
Maybe you are here because you feel fearful but I am here to remind you that all is well.
Everything is happening how it is supposed to happen and it will unfold as it should.
All you need to do is let go and trust the process.
Everything is going to be okay.
Remember that the universe is supporting you even if it might not feel that way.
Everything always works out how it should.
So here you are breathing,
Feeling your supportive heartbeat and knowing that it is going to work out.
If you'd like,
Place one hand on your heart and another on your belly and feel the warmth inside your hands.
Now follow your breath in and out and look out for that space between the in and out breath,
That place where it is quiet,
Tranquil and centered.
Your heart is your center.
Connect with it.
Surrender and know that this is okay.
Everything is going to be okay.
It is okay.
It's okay.
Everything is okay.
Relax deeper into this.
Relax your fingers,
Your eyelids,
Your temples.
Feel yourself melting into calmer,
Lighter,
More relaxed you.
Knowing that everything is going to be okay.
Trust it and let it be now.
Breathe.
