Begin to find a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes,

And start to wind down by taking several slow,

Deep breaths.

Allow yourself to notice the sounds in your environment.

Are they near,

Far?

Allow yourself to feel the air on your skin,

Noticing any sensations on your body.

Now turn your focus inwards,

Noticing your lungs as they expand and contract in and out.

Take a scan of your body,

Beginning at the very top of your head,

Softening the forehead and any areas in the face that you might be holding tension.

Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears.

Feel those little muscles in the upper back and neck begin to soften.

Scan your attention down your arms into your fingers,

Allowing them to soften as you go.

Use your breath to go inwards,

Connecting with any sensations,

Images,

Feelings,

Or thoughts that may be present in this moment.

Within this space,

Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace,

Quiet,

Stillness.

Set an intention that you are ready to let go of anything that is ready to be released.

Recognize what is alive for you,

What is coming up,

What is holding you back.

Can you make an active decision to release it?

Begin to bring your mind towards something that you're being called to in this moment.

Maybe it's a project,

A creative endeavor,

Or maybe it's simply a way that you have been wanting to show up in your life,

Some sort of change that you've wanted.

Take a moment to feel in your body what it would be like to fully embrace that part of yourself,

Confidently and boldly,

In your own voice,

Just as you are,

And for no one else but yourself.

Your desires,

Your true passions,

Whatever it is that you are being called to,

What new possibility awaits you on your path?

Begin to visualize this possibility,

Imagining it in your mind's eye,

Vivid colors,

Contrast,

Size,

And brightness,

Making it as powerful,

As positive,

And as rich as possible.

Can you allow yourself to hold this calling boldly,

But also lightly?

When we push too hard,

We can lose sight of our why.

How can you bring playfulness and enjoyment to your life and your endeavors?

Now that you have had a glimpse into what awaits you,

Ask yourself to tell you what action steps you need to take in order to get rid of any old patterns or behaviors that are holding you back from stepping into this new vision for yourself and your life.

Listen deeply for those answers.

Allow yourself to be guided by your heart,

By your intuition,

By your internal wisdom.

Begin to breathe in this vision for yourself,

This new way that you want to be showing up in the world.

Breathe it into every inch of your body,

For it is you in your true,

Whole,

Empowered self.

Allow your breath to deepen,

Energizing your entire body,

And when you're ready,

Welcoming yourself back into your space.
