Thank you for joining me on this visualization meditation for finding your future self,

Allowing you to become the best version of you.

Find a comfortable position and begin to relax.

Notice your lungs expand and contract.

Take a scan of your body beginning at the top of your head,

Softening the forehead and any areas in the face you might be holding tension.

Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears.

Feel the little muscles in your upper back and neck begin to soften.

Scanning down your arms into your fingers,

Letting them relax.

Making your way down your hips,

Your legs,

To your feet and your toes.

Everything is soft and relaxed.

Begin to create a vision in your mind of yourself a year from now.

Some people can be more visual and imaginative than others,

Just find what works for you.

If not images,

You can use words to create this image in your mind.

Picture yourself in a specific location in the world,

A place that feels incredibly comforting and nourishing to you.

What do you see there?

Are there photographs around you?

Are there plants around you?

Is there artwork around you?

Are there people around you?

What colors do you see?

Imagine it's a Sunday afternoon and you're planning on spending some leisurely time with people you love spending time with.

Who will you be seeing?

Who is meaningful to you at this point in time?

It can even be someone you haven't met before.

You are confident and content.

What else do you notice in yourself?

How would you like to show up?

Reflect back on the week you've just had as your future self and what it looked like.

Were you working somewhere?

What are your interests?

Your hobbies?

How are you bringing yourself into what you are spending your time on?

What do you find most important in your life?

Do you have a creative endeavor?

What is your story?

What is the legacy you are leaving behind?

As your future self,

What is your life purpose you are living for?

What matters most to you?

What lights you up and brings you joy?

How do you bring this joy to those around you?

Breathe in this future self,

These feelings of joy.

Living in the moment.

Doing the things that matter the most to you.

Breathe this future self into every cell of your body.

This is not about changing you.

This is about becoming more you.

Begin to bring your attention back to your breath.

Breathing in this best version of yourself.

On every exhalation,

Letting go of the old version of yourself.

Letting go of that which no longer serves you.

Making room,

Space for becoming more you.

The true you that lives inside of your heart.

Who is so ready to break free and show the world who you were always meant to be.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Taking one last long slow breath into the body.

And a last long slow breath out.

Taking your time to begin to open your eyes.

Bringing yourself back into the environment.

Taking this best version of yourself with you as you continue throughout the rest of your day.
