Take a moment to find an upright,
Comfortable position that makes you feel empowered.
Raise your shoulders up to your ears for a moment,
And then give them a big roll forwards,
Up,
Backwards,
Squeezing the shoulder blades together,
And then releasing your shoulders down.
Feel the opening in your chest,
Your heart center,
Ready to take on the world with kindness,
Tolerance,
And compassion.
Take a deep inhalation through your belly all the way up into your chest,
Hold that there for a moment,
And then exhale it out of the mouth.
Continue two more breaths like this,
All the way into the belly,
Holding that air in for a moment,
And then releasing it out.
One more time,
All the way in,
Hold the breath,
And release that breath out.
Begin to find a subtle smile with your lips,
Allowing yourself to feel positivity radiate throughout your body.
