Tune into the energy that you're bringing to today's meditation without any judgment.
Allow yourself to observe how you're showing up today and begin to notice your breath,
The flow of air as you inhale and as you exhale.
Bringing your focus further inwards,
Begin to allow your consciousness to expand beyond just what is happening in this moment.
Begin to invite feelings of peace and contentment into your body,
Releasing tensions,
Exhaling out any stress,
Letting go of the burden that the physical body so often carries.
Observe how it feels to bring peace and contentment into your body.
Now invite these feelings of peace and contentment into your heart.
What do you need to release today to bring peace into your heart?
On your next exhalation,
I invite you to let it go.
Invite this feeling of peace and contentment into your mind.
What do you need to open your mind to?
What has been keeping you from being fully content in your mind?
We have so much power over our feelings and our thoughts.
In this moment,
Can you allow your body,
Heart,
And mind to be fully immersed in the knowing that all is well right now?
You are safe,
You are here,
You are perfect and whole just as you are.
Begin to deepen your breath as these feelings of peace and contentment are no longer separate from you.
You are peace.
You are content.
Inhale this energy into the body and exhale out to release anything that no longer serves you.
All the way in and all the way out.
Begin to energize your body with your breath awakening to the space around you.
And when you are ready,
Blink your eyes open,
Take a deep breath and welcome this new day in with peace and contentment.
