And taking a hand to your precious heart and your other hand to your belly.

And as if you're breathing yourself home.
Beginning to allow yourself to feel all the pieces of you gathering without trying to change any of them.
Sending a message,
An invitation to all your parts,
Pieces,
Feelings that they can be here now.
Allowing yourself to exist exactly as you are.
As you sense into being here and finding space for your body and your mind and all of you.
Making room for yourself.
And just saying to yourself now,
I am here.
And all of me can be here.
As you soften in,
Softening through your eyes,
Softening through your face and your chest.
Remembering you're allowed to be whole and you're allowed to feel.
