There's no role to play there's nothing to mend or fix or solve this space is a quiet permission to simply be can you receive that?

The features on your face melting their expression anything they've been holding in their expression your shoulders releasing any weight your chest softening and your belly being easeful now just allowing your breath to move inside of you without feeling you have to manage it or control it or watch it just that feeling of your own breath moving in its own rhythm inside your being maybe there's a warmth there feeling the way breath enters like a wave rising through your chest,

Your belly and then how it falls away again without effort there's no need to make it better or different it already knows what to do,
Your body is being breathed let yourself be breathed see if you can enjoy the hum of your breath in your bones how soft your inhale is and how sweet it is to let go of that exhalation let your breath be like a lullaby,
Let it rock the tired parts of you,
