Being misunderstood or wrongly judged can make us feel very anxious. It can feel like our identity has been temporarily outsourced. It can feel like the story that someone is telling about us takes over our own sense of self, and we can begin to see ourselves through their eyes and not our own. This meditation is a powerful invitation and practice to come back to yourself, your own body, your centre, your knowing. You know who you are - and that you that you are has not changed because another person isn't capable of seeing you.
