This practice invites you to gently reclaim all the pieces of yourself that may have been scattered or diminished – to welcome back all aspects of yourself with love and grace -and to feel the relief and refreshment as you return to your own vivid presence. This is a perfect way to transition from day to evening with your energy recovered and intact, or at any time you feel depleted, or that unwanted energies are clinging. The affirmations in this practice are: "I call all of my energy back to me, any piece I left behind, any piece I gave away, any piece I left with someone else. I call my energy back to me." “I release all of the energy that does not belong to me, anything I picked it up, anything that's projected onto me.” I call my energy back to me. "I reclaim my power and vitality. I am whole and complete. I welcome back all aspects of myself with love and grace." 'I am whole. I am complete. My energy is my own.'"

Welcome,

So this practice invites you to gently reclaim all the pieces of yourself that may have been scattered or diminished or extended into people,

Situations,

Even your own thoughts in a way that leaves you feeling stressed,

Depleted or not connected to your wholeness.

It's time to feel the relief and refreshment as you return home to your own vivid presence by calling your energy back.

This is something you can do anytime and many times during the day and is particularly good to do at the end of the day when you're gathering in all those parts and pieces of yourself so you fall asleep completely whole and ready to rest and be clear for the next day.

Otherwise we can sometimes carry things over.

And as you begin to settle in here and find your space I just want to remind you that doing this doesn't harm anyone and in fact it's actually a profound act of self-care that ultimately benefits everyone around you.

Because of course the world and those we care about really benefit from us being whole and positive and vibrant in our energy.

So we're available to be there for them and to be inspiring and to have the impact that actually only you can have.

So let's begin and begin by inviting a deep breath in and a full breath out.

A deep breath in filling up and as you release that breath letting your awareness settle deeper into your own body.

One more time feeling the fresh air filling you up with your inhalation expanding your chest and belly and then your out breath brings you home.

That feeling of landing and landing into you.

Feel the support underneath you.

How your body is connecting to that support is a real solid feeling of being and being here now.

And if it feels natural the invitation is to place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly so you can feel the rhythm of your breathing synchronizing with your own essence.

Letting you know that you're safe and supported in gathering all the fragments of yourself and your energy that have been scattered back to the home inside you where they belong.

And now open your chest keep your posture confident and loose lift your chin and affirm silently or aloud I now call all of my energy back to me.

Any piece I left behind.

Any piece I gave away.

Any piece I left with someone else.

I call my energy back to me.

So you're breathing in and breathing out and with each breath feel the warmth of your own precious energy returning home to you.

Waves of warmth and vitality entering you spreading through your limbs and plumping up every cell and the richness of that.

And now affirming I now release all of the energy that does not belong to me.

Anything I picked up.

Anything that's projected onto me.

I release all of the energy that does not belong to me.

Breathing in and breathing out fully.

Sense yourself releasing old patterns,

Stagnant emotions,

Lingering doubts and everything else doesn't need to be here.

It doesn't need to be in your energy.

I call my energy back to me.

Confident open chest.

I reclaim my power and vitality.

Proclaim it I am whole and complete.

Breathe in fully.

Exhale completely.

Landing back in your wholeness in your home.

Feel the energy that's moving in your body now as it returns to you.

As it finds its way into your system into every cell of you.

Every part,

Every piece.

Integrating,

Reintegrating your wholeness,

Vitality,

Clarity,

Your bright vivid presence.

How are you feeling that in your body?

Perhaps there's a tingling in your fingertips or toes or the soles of your feet.

Maybe your chest feels warm and expansive.

Maybe there is a sense of grounding as your returning energy anchors you back into your own power and presence.

And then these last words before you go.

You might take your arms out wide,

Palms up.

Declaring I welcome back all aspects of myself with love and grace.

I welcome back all aspects of myself with gratitude and appreciation.

I am whole.

I am complete.

My energy is my own.

And now just for a moment or two can you take a space to appreciate the journey you've just taken and the essence you've reclaimed.

And allow yourself to savor any particular feelings that are calling for your attention,

That feel interesting or important to you or just good.

Savor them.

You're appreciating your wholeness.

You are a valuable radiant being,

Complete unto yourself.

Let any last breath you may have been holding on to release from you now.

And then begin to get ready to return,

Gently holding that energy within you and following the instincts of your organic body that knows what to do to bring yourself back to your space.

And as you prepare to step into the next phase,

Ask yourself,

How do I choose to carry this reclaimed energy forward?

What would that mean?

It's your choice.

You are a free spirit to choose.

How do I choose to carry this reclaimed energy forward?

Maybe there are some whispers,

Some awareness is already inside of you coming up,

You know,

Feeling instinctively how this will be because you're back in tune with your inner wisdom,

Your instincts,

Your intuition,

Your organic self.

What is your focus as you take your next steps?

And as I leave that question with you,

I want to honor you and thank you for answering the call for making this investment in keeping your energy whole.
