It's just waiting for us to ask and the way we can connect to that is through the channel of our own innate being,

Take some moments to allow yourself to get really comfortable in your seat,
Feeling the support underneath you that allows your body to rest and be held,

Now can you begin to gently and consciously feel the movement of your breathing inside you.
Sometimes we forget we're breathing,
We forget this movement of energy that's happening inside us right now,

And we become conscious by feeling our breaths moving in and out,
Instinctively we are brought home.
So maybe spending a moment to take pleasure in this movement,
Breathing any way that feels so natural and easeful to you.
Welcoming every part of you,
Remembering you are innately whole,
The spirit only sees your wholeness,
Seeing every part and feel with every breath there's a natural travelling towards your deep self,
Moving into the space where what wants to come through can come through.
As you start to locate that part of you that is so much bigger than your body,
A part of you that is bigger than identities or labels and limited thinking,
A part of you that is bigger than this time and space,
A part of you that holds the wisdom,
The deep,
Expansive,
Unconditionally loving presence,
The part from which your insight and creativity and passion flow boundlessly.
Breathing here,
Entering into this part,
Into your soul space,
What does it feel like to come back into resonance with that part of you that is beyond the roles you play,
Beyond the identities you hold.
All that you seek to feel is available to you when you remember and come home to this part of you.
You might start to sense how this aspect of you is being given life by a life force that is bigger than you,
A source of consciousness that is pure love and light,
A luminous channel of light pouring down straight from source itself,
From whatever you call this bigger energy,
Whatever you call it,
You know it's there and you can feel this powerful luminous energy moving through you,
Just loving you into life.
Who you are is pure extension of this energy,
Just like the waves a part of an ocean,
Just like the sun rays a part of the source of the sun,
Part of this one divine love and presence and that you are here to be a channel for this light so that it pours from your fingers into the world like the sun rays pour from the sun.
Bringing your love,
Your essence,
Your enthusiasm,
Your creativity,
Your purpose into life.
This light is putting you in your clearest energy where you can tap into all the information your soul is sending you.
See the visions,
Hear the whispers,
Sense the felt energies.
Feeling this light now filling up your heart,
Filling up your whole body.
Can you let yourself really receive this loving energy that is making space inside the centre of your chest,

Maybe a gentle smile is forming on your lips as you remember and feel the love here that you come from,
That you are the pure awareness of infinite love flowing without end.
Feeling so rich and also sensing the energy,
Enjoying the company that's being called in of all your spirit team and guides as you know them.
They are around you now in this field.

Feel what comes.

Allow yourself to receive what is coming through and let it embed into your heart.
It belongs to you.
It's meant for you.
Feel it as a sacred knowing from which you can take inspired action as you walk along this path.
