Hello my friend and welcome.
In this meditation you're invited to come back to yourself with all your heart.
And that's so that you can feel and be yourself again.
You can be relaxed and confident and centred in your own essence and knowing.
Feeling deeply safe and sure of your choices,
Your decisions,
Your boundaries.
No matter what other voices say.
Back in touch with your internal power that's always there.
We all need this space in life don't we?
Remember you don't need to wait for approval,
Validation or permission from outside yourself to be fully who you are.
That's already inside you and you can claim it.
So let's do that now.
Getting comfortable if you haven't already.
Taking a moment to feel your body connecting to the solid ground.
Really dropping into the sweetness of this present moment.
And as we begin there's an opportunity to release any pressures from the outside or from the past.
We can do that by taking some clearing breaths.
So on your inhalation you're taking breath from the fresh,
Pure,
New air coming in.
And then letting your exhalation clear out anything you may have absorbed which has had some unwanted power over you.
So you're feeling into that.
The clearing out of anything that you may have picked up,
Absorbed,
Which is taking hold of you and having some unwanted power over you and you want to claim your power back from that.
You can clear that out now.
So let's begin that.
Taking a deep breath,
Filling your belly,
Bringing that breath all the way up to your heart space.
Maybe sipping a little more air and then letting that go slowly,
Softly like the breeze.
Breathing in,
Your belly deeply filling,
Your heart space filling,
Sipping in a little more and letting it go.
Breathing in deeply,
Filling your belly,
Filling your heart space,
Sipping in a little more breath and then releasing any tension or stress.
Breathing,
Deeply filling your belly,
Filling your heart and your entire being with peace and letting go of what's left over,
Isn't needed.
Now just being with the natural cycle of your breath coming in just as it is right now.
Creating space for you,
Allowing you to soften into this moment.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your breathing,
Your jaw soft and your skin soft.
Letting your mind fall softly to the back of your head and rest.
Just as your body is falling softly into resting on the earth,
Relaxing even more deeply to arrive in this moment.
Letting go into your own body,
Your own breath,
Your own inner life,
Your own personal sanctuary,
Your space filled with your essence and your awareness.
Having awareness that you are inside your own skin,
Your body is connected to the earth,
You're inhabiting your own personal space.
What does that feel like right now?
And if you'd like,
Putting one hand over your heart and the other over your belly.
This gesture that each time is a revelation,
Each time is a coming home.
As you're bringing your hands to rest here,
You're holding yourself the way you're resting right now and being held by the body of the earth.
By that hug of the earth,
Holding space for you and all your you-ness.
Receiving you,
Connecting you.
Underneath your hands,
You're noticing the movements of your breath drawing in and softening away.
And expansion there in your heart space.
And you're feeling your own heart and what's inside it.
All that pulsing,
All that life,
All that glorious love and feeling.
Your energy,
Your heart.
Even some maybe stretches or aches.
Being with that energy,
Feeling it under your hands.
You can feel in your being all your experience and all you've learned.
All your wisdom and magic.
All the callings from the energy of the beloved inside you.
Feeling all that energy underneath your touch now.
This is the feeling of your own internal power.
The true you.
The real you.
The one that lives inside of you always and is meant to be here and to be free and to be truly alive in your essence.
Free to do things your way and show up in the world as exactly you.
No one else.
And as you're breathing,
Feeling the energy flowing into you,
Affirming that.
Flowing into you and inside you with a big yes.
Yes to all you are.
The unique imprint of life that you are.
And how the power floods back into your body with each conscious breath.
Draw upon those life giving truths.
Bringing them into your senses and your body,
Into your own inner hug.
Into your own sense of pleasure and freedom and movement that is private inside you unless you choose to share it.
You are in the privacy of your own space.
The privacy of your own heart.
Your own skin.
Your container for your energy.
Welcome yourself back.
This is a reunion.
Here you are in your own inner atmosphere filled with your own essence,
Not owned by anyone else's thoughts,
Opinions or judgments.
And you can breathe fully and freely in your own way.
There's nothing to shrink back from.
And you don't have to shrink or apologize for being.
For expanding your heart so that you can meet the world with joy and freedom.
Welcome yourself back.
Welcome yourself back with all your heart.
And if there are any places in you that are not feeling the energy just yet,
Send them a welcome too.
Have the feeling of sending love to all your parts,
No matter where they are on their journey.
All a welcome inside of you.
Coming back together again.
Coming back home.
Now for a few moments you can rest in the simplicity here and simply receive.
Bathing here in the vast and deep pool of your own essence,
Your vitality and replenishing.
Receiving yourself and receiving the blessing of coming home.
Are there any quiet private words now that you'd like to say to yourself being so close to yourself right now?
Now it's time to return.
But you're not leaving this space,
You're taking it with you.
Nothing is going to change as you move back outward into the outer world.
So begin to be aware of your own precious body again.
And the breath flowing in you.
And the feeling of the solid ground,
Taking your weight and holding you.
And awakening to this present moment,
This new beginning,
Where you're back inside yourself,
You're grounded in your own essence,
Your center,
Your light.
And as you get ready to continue from this space,
Maybe bring a little more flow into your body.
You could be gently tilting your head from side to side,
Or flexing your feet,
Sparkling your fingers.
And if you like now,
You might gently reach up with your arms and feel a stretch.
Reaching your hands up and maybe spreading them in different directions as if you're spreading out your own space,
Creating more space for your presence and more room to breathe for you.
And for your presence to be protected,
Revitalized,
Safe and sacred.
And as we finish this practice,
Don't forget to thank yourself heartily for taking this space and time to reconnect to you today.
Remembering you can come back to yourself whenever you need to.
There's always a light to welcome and guide you to the doorway of your own heart.
