Aham Shoonyam

Aham Shoonyam, meaning “I am no-thing,” is one of the Paroksh Yogis sharing ancient Himalayan yogic wisdom and meditation practices. Paroksh yogis are spiritual beings living in the Himalayan belt who prefer to remain anonymous. They carry deep experiential wisdom and express their understanding of truth in subtle, non-intrusive ways rather than through doctrines or belief systems. Aham Shoonyam’s vision is to support a happier society that lives more in harmony with life and nature. His work focuses on raising human receptivity to pure consciousness, allowing perception to widen naturally so life can be lived with greater acceptance of each moment, without inner friction with present reality. From this acceptance, clarity unfolds and life begins to reflect one’s true being — the True Self. In the present context of mental overload, overthinking, and constant stimulation, these teachings are shared in forms that also support deep rest, relaxation, and sleep. Many of the practices are especially helpful for those struggling with insomnia, mental restlessness, anxiety at night, or difficulty letting go. The guidance is gentle and effortless. There is no forcing of the mind. No strain, no pressure to achieve anything. These sessions can be used at bedtime, during night awakenings, or whenever the mind feels too active to rest. Sleep is allowed to come naturally, and awareness is invited to remain soft and background, letting the nervous system settle on its own.
