Allow the hips to sink into the surface beneath you.
Relax the feet.
The body begins to slow down.
Your breathing becomes calm and steady.
Now bring your attention to the space your body occupies.
Notice the space around your head,
The space around your shoulders,
The space around your chest,
The space around your arms,
The space around your legs.
Begin to feel the body floating in space.
Not solid,
Just sensations appearing inside awareness.
Now notice the space between your eyes,
The space inside your head,
The space inside your chest,
The space inside your stomach.
Your body is not as solid as it seems.
It is a field of sensations appearing inside awareness Let yourself rest in this space.
Now gently let go of the room around you.
You do not need to think about the environment.
Just rest in awareness.
Let sounds come and go.
Let sensations come and go.
You remain the one who is.
You are not the room,
Are not the body.
You are this awareness because of which you can experience what I am saying.
You are the awareness itself to the identity you usually carry.
Your roles,
Your problems,
Your past experiences,
The memories that define who you think you are.
Notice them for a moment.
Now allow them to dissolve.
There is no need to carry them right now.
Let the past fade away.
Let the whole story become distant.
The version of you built from past experiences begins to loosen.
For this moment,
You are nobody.
No role to play.
No past to carry.
Just awareness.
Rest in this space.
Feel the vast openness of awareness.
It has no shape.
It has no boundaries.
No center.
No edges.
Just presence.
In this space,
Anything is possible.
This is the ground from which all experiences arise.
For a few moments,
