Let's meditate.
So find a seat,
Be still and focus.
Bring your fingertips to touch.
So resting your forearms on your thighs and then your fingertips touching.
And place the space between your palms.
So that is just your fingertips touching.
Bring your awareness to your hands.
And notice where your right hand touches your left hand.
Fully present to the connection happening on your hands.
Bring your awareness to your thumbs and then notice your thumbs touching.
Bring your awareness to your pointing fingers.
Notice the connection.
Bring awareness to your middle fingers.
To your middle fingers.
To your ring fingers.
Notice the connection between your right and your left ring finger.
Bring your awareness to your small finger,
Your pinky.
To your present,
To your pinky fingers,
Your small fingers.
And let your awareness bounce from your pinky to your ring fingers.
And then your awareness from your ring fingers to your mid-loop fingers.
Your awareness moves from your mid-loop fingers to your pointing fingers.
And keep doing that practice,
Moving your awareness,
Letting your awareness flow from one finger to the other.
From your thumbs all the way to your pinky,
From your pinky all the way to your thumbs,
Back and forth.
Notice how well your awareness goes,
Energy flow.
Using your fingers to anchor yourself to the present moment.
So anytime you drift off,
Come back to your fingers.
Slowly shift your awareness from your fingers to your breath.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Inhale,
Reach both hands up.
Exhale,
Bring your hands to your heart center.
Together we breathe in.
And together we breathe out.
Bring your thumbs to your forehead.
