Sitting position find a comfortable sitting position and you can move around here to make yourself even more comfortable place your hands on top of your thighs on top of your knees and gently close your eyes or drop your gaze breathe in and out not manipulating your breath or trying to control it just simply notice your breath flow in and out of your nostrils watch as your breath rises and falls now bring attention to your base and notice your contact to the floor your sitting bones the skin of your feet when you notice the contact with the ground slowly walk your awareness up your spine trailing your awareness up upwards keep your awareness coming up lower back mid back upper back up through your head until you come to your space between behind your eyes so bring your awareness to the space behind your eyes and here you may see flashes or colors or nothing just watch this space in a wall and notice whatever it is that you see keep watching this space notice whatever it is that you see be and let it be you start to bring your awareness back into the space you're sitting in noticing your surroundings inhale reach both hands up exhale hands to your head center together we breathe in and together we breathe out namaste thank you
