Welcome to this short mindful meditation practice,
Replacing the negative self-talk.
Sit quietly and clear your mind,
Concentrating on your breath.
When your mind is calm and unburdened,
Reveal your thoughts during the past 24 hours.
How many of these thoughts were positive and affirming?
How many of these thoughts were negative self-talk or doubtful reality words?
If the negative thoughts have been outweighing the positive ones,
Flip the equation.
Strengthen your positive thoughts,
Making them as specific as possible.
Affirming the belief that your desire is coming to you is the best way to deflect doubt when it creeps in.
Trust that what you want is on its way to you and give thanks to that.
Time and again notice when your negative thoughts are outweighing your positive.
You want to stop sending out through to the universe negative vibration.
We want to open our possibilities by attracting what we want,
Not blocking our abilities.
If you lost your breath,
Concentrate on your breath as well.
Take a few deep breaths in and out of your nose.
Bringing your palms touch to heart center.
Sending vibration of positivity out to the universe.
You bow down.
