Find a comfortable seat or lie down,
Still comfortable to lie down the way you want or to sit where you feel comfortable.
You can choose to close your eyes or open your eyes.
Then separate your hands widely,
Separate your fingertips,
Separate your legs,
Relax every part of your body.
Relax your head,
Relax your jaw,
Relax your eyes,
Your back.
If you are in a sitting position,
Sit at all,
Head up and chest up and breathe in deeply and out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in lastly and breathe out.
Now wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and take your neck on the right side,
Lean your neck on the right side,
Stretch as much as you can.
Come back to the center and lean on your left side.
Take your hands on your back,
On your lower back,
Press your lower back and take a long deep breath in as you stretch and a long deep breath out.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Interlace your fingers and take your hands forward,
Both of your hands forward.
Stretch your body as you stretch your hands forward.
Take a long deep breath in and a long deep breath out.
Again,
Breathe in as you stretch your hands forward and breathe out.
Again,
Take your hands either beside you or on your knees.
And just that it's okay to take a break.
When you are feeling run down and ragged,
That's the time to take a break.
Step back and identify what's really going on.
Sometimes we always think that it's not okay to take a break for ourselves.
But it's okay.
You can take a break to recharge your mind,
To relax your body and to come back again 100% fully.
And even if it's not 100%,
But it's okay to step back,
Breathe,
Take a break,
Take a walk.
Choose what makes you comfortable,
Then come back to what you are doing.
And you'll do it greatly.
Keep lying down or keep sitting wherever you're sitting.
And keep breathing.
Take your right hand up,
Your left hand down and stretch.
Again,
Switch on the other side,
Left hand down,
Right hand up,
Stretch.
And if you're lying down,
Lie on your back and take your hands up and your feet up.
Two times.

And relax.

Remain calm and simply let life happen.
Take a deep breath in and focus on the simple,
Important things.
You are alive.
You are breathing.
You are enough as you are.
And do this.

Take your hands up and your head up and your feet up.
Relax there for one,

And three.
And if you're sitting,
Again,
Take your right hand down,
Left hand down and stretch as much as you can.
Stretch and take your right hand on your left side.
Stretch your right hand on your left side.
Breathe in and breathe out and switch on the other side.
Inhale and let it out.
Hands on your knees and if you're lying down,
Hands beside you.
You're worthy,
You're smart and you can take a break.
And I want you to repeat after me.
It's okay to take a break.
