Find a comfortable seat,
Either you're sitting on a pillow with your legs crossed or you're sitting on a chair,
Your feet grounded on your mat or on the floor,
Sitting up tall and long with a long straight spine and gently close your eyes.
Get a powerful seat for yourself right now.
And today's meditation,
Our theme will be focusing on happiness.
Close your shoulders,
Your neck,
Let go of tension on your jaws,
Soften your face,
Feel your seat,
Your sitting bones on your mat or on your chair.
And start by cultivating happiness to ourselves and start by saying out loud in your mind,
In your heart,
I am happy.
Let go of any distractions,
Let go of any negative energy,
Anger,
Sadness,
Fear right now,
Exhale them out and when you inhale,
Invite in happiness,
Really feel it in your body,
Feeling into the space.
From there let's cultivate happiness and send it to our friends,
Family,
Loved ones or maybe someone who's close to you,
Shout it out loud in your heart,
In your mind,
May you be happy.
Feeling that loving happiness to your family,
Friends or loved one and feel that energy of happiness going towards them wherever they are,
May you be happy.
Let's send happiness to the universe,
To every living being,
May all beings be happy and free.
Anytime you're getting lost in your thoughts,
Come back to the mantra,
I am happy.
Just as the sun rays,
Feel that energy of happiness spreading through your whole body,
Shining through to your loved one,
Friends,
Family.
The energy of happiness,
Feel the space where you are.
Let go of anything that will distract you from experiencing happiness today or even right now,
Be happy right now,
Not tomorrow,
Not next month or next year,
Be happy now.
Let the energy of happiness flow through your whole body.
Really feel it,
Experience it,
Not as a concept but as a reality,
Sending happiness vibes to the universe,
Everyone that you know is suffering or even people who you don't know,
Shout it out loud in your heart,
In your mind,
May you be happy.
Really let them experience happiness wherever they are and slowly take some couple of deep breaths,
Coming back to your mantra,
I am happy.
Bring your hands to your heart center,
On your inhale,
Reach your hands up,
Interlace your fingers and really stretch,
Take your gaze up with a smile of loving happiness,
Send it out there to the universe and gently bring your hands to your heart center and we bow down.
