If that's where you are right now,

This moment is for you.

Take a breath,

Not a big one,

Just the next natural breath.

Notice what's here in your body,

The weight,

The tension or maybe just a sense of low energy.

You don't need to label it or make sense of it,

You're not behind for feeling this way.

Let yourself meet the day as it is,

Rather than how you think it should feel.
