Meet your Teacher

Johanna Asterdal is a yoga and meditation teacher and nervous system–focused guide based in Sweden. Her work centres on helping people regulate emotional overwhelm, interrupt overthinking, and rebuild a steady sense of self. After years of navigating chronic stress and perfectionism herself, she understands how easily the mind can become caught in loops of rumination and self-doubt, especially in moments of uncertainty or relational tension. Through practical, body-based tools, she teaches simple ways to stabilise the nervous system and regain clarity without force or self-criticism. Her approach blends gentle awareness with grounded psychological insight, offering accessible practices that can be used in real life, especially when emotions feel urgent or unresolved.
