Welcome.
If money worry is on your mind right now,
If thoughts about the future feel heavy or persistent,
You are not alone.
Financial uncertainty can activate the survival system quickly.
Even small concerns can feel urgent in the body.
In this practice we're not solving finances,
We are calming the nervous system.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And let it out gently through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now look around your space.
Notice something stable,
A wall,
A piece of furniture,
The floor.
Let your eyes rest there.
Right now,
In this moment,
You are here.
You are breathing.
There is no immediate threat in this room.
Place one hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your palm.
Take a steady inhale,
And a longer exhale.
Again,
Inhale,
And exhale.
Feel the chair beneath you.
Feel your feet on the floor.
This is your nervous system receiving information.
Support.
Stability.
Money worry often lives in the future.
What if?
How will?
What happens next?
Gently bring your attention back to this breath,
And this room.
Repeat silently,
In this moment,
I am safe.
Again,
In this moment,
I am safe.
Let that sentence land in your body.
Now inhale for 4,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale for 7,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7.
Do this again on your own.
Let your shoulders settle naturally.
Allow your jaw to release.
Let your body feel supported.
You don't need to solve tomorrow,
Tonight.
Right now,
The only task is breathing.
Stay here quietly.
One breath at a time is enough.
One steady moment at a time.
Your body can rest,
Even if the future feels uncertain.
This practice is one part of my Nervous System First Aid Collection.

One breath at a time is enough.
